I hv bought coolpad 2938 from reliance web shop ( Borivali west- mumbai) end of may. Within 2 months display has gone bad and has developed internal crack. 50 dollar logo should improve their communication with customers. Forget about several revisions. They will never listen to you. I could not communicate with them even for the first revision. They will keep sending you revisions without listening you. So after 2 revisions of their own ways, I just gave up communicating. I lost 50 dollars. Do not bother cut and paste logos to communicate. I had my transplant done on 05/3/96 by MHR in Oak Brook IL I followed there directions and did my followups. I kept complaining about the poor results, I was told to wait it will fill in. I have not had one person suspect that I had a transplant, why would they it doesn't look like I had anything done. The owner of this company sued a part time employee (unsuccessfully) for debts owed by the company the employee worked for knowing full well the employee was not the person liable having previously recouped a portion on the debt from the actual liable person. Ethics questionable and cost alot of time and money and distress for the employee and had to go through two court cases. While trying to download anything from itunes, connection slows from 3mbps service payed for to below 500kbps. After calling and explaining this happened when downloading from iTunes, I was told to check my cable and try another one etc. This had no effect. After week 14 I called the phone number on the renewal slip and was told that the magazine would be delivered shortly. When the phone conversation was coming to an end the person representing National Magazine Services said "Please do not call back regarding this matter". I've sifned up with www.proytraffic.com they gave me $2 credit on my account for test calls. The test was successful at that time and Imake my mind to purchase a reseller account with PROYTURK. They charged me $250 for the reseller account they also committ me to provide me the softphone and mobile dialer which is still not provided to me.
