I also received a call from a Danny Mitchell who claimed to be dispersing the monies from the $72 Million housing relieve fund. I sent him my $385 for the grant writing fee and have not heard any more either. Their number has now states it is not a working number. I contacted the attorney general as well as the Federal Trade Commission in Washington D.C. and did report this scam. I contacted my bank who reports that my monies went to an overseas bank. Reported roof leak in late January. It's been leaking gallons of water into my living room each time it rains and the problem remains unfixed and I'm stuck in a lease with these people. Don't move here! It's higher priced and you think it's nice until you have a roof that's leaking then you get a lot of lip service with little results...It's the end of April and it still is leaking...but they are "working on it". I have recently had a major problem with a particular Chevron Gas Station here in Fresno at 4021 So. Maple. I put $5 worth a regular gas & within 10 minutes my car was bogging down spurting & cutting out. I could not even start it the next day & my mechanic had to tow it into his shop.
