I have had an Elder Beerman credit card for several years and had no problems until recently. I did not receive a statement/email for payment due during February and Elder Beerman decided to turn a late payment into my credit report. I found this out when I was applying for credit with another company. I immediately paid EB online and made several attempts to contact them, only getting negative feedback. They sent this trojan to my computer. The only way I could get online was through this company and they wanted 79.90 to download a anti virus software. Being that is was the only way through to the web I did it. Since that has happened I got an email saying that I haven't finished downloading product. After having spent 4 months playing this game, building my capital city. I got destroyed in a few days. 24/7 multiply attacks by players with super armies and bad attitudes. on March 6, 2009, my family decided to rent a limo to go to dinner and show in NYC. The limo arrived early, and the driver was very nice. I sent in a prescription to the mail order company that handles AARP claims. I have been given wrong information 4 different times. I am told something different each time I call. As a result, I am going to have to pay almost double for my prescription at a local pharmacy. I am sending the mail order all the info they requeasted and I'll see how long it takes to get my new prescriptions. I will definitely change to another company next open enrollment and advise anyone NOT to get their Part D through AARP. It is less expensive because the service is terrible!!! I ordered professional package for a HDR-XR520V. Next day Brian calls to confirm my order. He started to up sell various accessories. I went with it but when the price got out of hand I said I wanted to return to the original package. Brian, who said he was the manager, decided to cancel the sale and he did just that. My neice went to this Nail shop in the Mall located near Regis and JCPenney. It's called Nail Glamour, she went with her mom and had her nails done. They did not give her a reciept and she said that they burned her with the drill. I went into sears in Montgomery Ala Feb. 9 2009 and exchanged a diehard portable power 1150A. I also returned a 1/2" pull bar craftsman and had no trouble. I brought it home and put it in my shop. The site is full of regular members who don't pay and they're full of scammers from asian region trying to scam people in U.S. They also charge you for the highest membership and then keep adding charges to contact any members. I went on their website this just to find out I was not the only person they have scammed out of a lot of money. The company has closed and the phone numbers no longer exists. BE WARE - the software is only good for one year. Buy it only if you want to fork out $30 each year for using it. I bought RegCure a year ago. I was sucked in like others by the offer of free registry clearner which did not clean anything until I paid for the software. At least I thought that I paid for the software. I had to arrange an apartment for 7 months in Mobile, Alabama while still living in PA. When I called, the man I spoke with told me that rent was $669 plus $20 a month water fee. Fifth Third Bank is being allowed to add fictitious fee amounts to its customers accounts, knowing their wage earnings from viewing their accounts, so that they overdraft and can charge them daily and weekly rates, knowing that they can't afford to pay, thus increasing the amount owed to them.
