I'm sick of scam artists preying on honest people trying to get ahead. I don't understand how they can make up a company and get away with ripping people off for a period of time. Now that my credit card has been charged and the phone number I called to refund my mistaken purchase just rings, I wonder if I will be charged monthly on a product I neither wanted or received. After completing their online 4-hour traffic school course, I was charged an additional $10 fee (on a $25 course) for not having voluntarily provided registration information that the company knew would be required to process my completion. I purchased a Blackberry curve from their store 28 days ago. When I first purchased the phone literally seconds after I got it, it would not dial out and the picture did not work. I order a free sample of the products and was told I would only have to pay for the shipping and handling. I did not received the sample. I seen it was a charged of $79.96 on my statement, when I call, after finding the number from the charged on the account, I call them. They told me I was to call them when I got the sample and use the number on the order form that is included with the sample. When I did this they told I should have call them sooner. I ordered a subscription for my Mom for Magazine City on January 9th. My credit card was charged on January 10th. Today is March 23rd, with no subscription in sight. I have called all of the phone numbers for Magazine City and all of it's variations (Magazinia, etc.) and I can not get a human being to answer the phone at all. I purchased an HTC Touch Pro in later part of December of 2008. After using the cellular telephone for three months, I noticed that the cord used to connect the cellular telephone to the computer or to charge the telephone is coming apart. I can see the internal wires. I contacted HTC whose only responses was I will give you the contact information to sales so you can purchase another cord. I work from a home office and was often going over my minutes with T Mobile. They recommended a new technolgy and product called T Mobile at home or T Mobile @ home. Through a wireless router a special cell phone would pick up my internet signal and all calls would be through the router and not create any minutes on my bill. TicketMaster sends credit card info to its accomplice, Ent* Entertainment Rewards in Troy, MI and they automatically charge $9. each month without stopping and without delivering any product. They say that somehow when we ordered tickets there was a checkbox to allow this, but I always uncheck all contact boxes when making any online order.
