Don't use these guys. Customer service is non-existent. I tried calling their 800 number over the weekend, and the person who answered sounded like they were answering their home phone and were upset by my call. They asked me to call back during the week. Then, I checked my order more thoroughly and found that I was over charged for my contacts. They added a second "handling fee" into the merchandise sub-total! They were to have my script copywritten and I was supposed to receive a confirmation of my script being processed with The Library of Congress. They gave me an order number ORD15930. I keep getting calls from 800-525-9241. I am on the 'national do not call list' and I made a complaint about this number calling me a couple of weeks ago to the NDNCL. What is especially irritating is that when you answer the phone, there's nothing but silence on the other end - no one is there. In the spring of 2005 we bought a Polaris 50th Anniversary Edition 550 Supersport. The first year we put maybe 400-500 miles on it (Jan/06 to Mar /06, only used it about 4 Xs the /07 season.
