Dr. Martins office basically just ripped me off for a new denture wearer package. I paid for the package back in October 2008, and now need to see a specialist to fix the problems I have since seeing Dr. Martin, but they won't refund the part of the package that I did not receive. Do NOT buy SAT prep product from this company. First of all, they tell you that your child expressed an interest in it but the kids know nothing about it. Second, it has KAPLAN printed on product, but they are not affiliated with Kaplan, they merely buy Kaplan's product (for approx $30 and turn around and sell it for $119) It come with a full return if not satisifed, however it is Impossible to contact them for an RA#. They claim they have "live help" for 7 days a week (9:00am-9:00pm) at their web site. It took 5 hours to talk with them. After purchasing and having installed a new water heater the first year of use the tankless water coils burst due to cold weather. Water then leaked onto the control board. Bosch claims the warrenty does not apply not even for the board due to feeezing. On Friday 13th Feb 2009, one of my employees was driving my sport truck, a 2007yr Ford F150 based Saleen S331 SC, and could smell smoke from the passengers footwell-glovebox area. Within seconds the smell became smoke and flames were coming from the same area. He managed to get out but the fire kept going and when the firebrigade got to the scene, not alot was left. My insurance company have taken the vehicle for inspection but as it is completly burnt out i would be supprised if they found the actual cause.
