The drain under my tub is ruptured. I have a home warranty through 2-10/ Home Buyers Resale Warranty Corporation that notes that plumbing is covered. They say that they do not cover any damage due to a leak nor do they cover any damage done to the structure in order to repair a covered repair. In 2008 December, my wife signed up with Rogers for the home phone, blackberry, internet & cable. We had also purchased a PVR and paid in full at the store. Despite sending so many statements as well as going thru collections, this company doesnot respond to the requests. They operate under various company names like puresoft or econosoft. This company is supposed to help people modify home loans. However, After sending them my personal information, and credit card number, I have not been able to get in contact with them.
