Do not agree to attend time share sales presentation of buy from any time shares in Puerto Vallarta. Our specific experience was with Villas del Palmar Flamingos in Nuevo Vallarta. I placed an order to www.grantfundingexpress.com/www.granthelporder.com (order #1245985) on 1 March 2009 for a CD on GrantWriting which was suppose to be free but a $1.93 shipping cost would be required, I authorized the $1.93 to be paid on my CC, however my account was hit on 3/2/09 for $74.95 and on 3/4/09 it was hit for $29.95, and as of this writting I have not received the CD nor have I communicated with any one from this company. Received a bill from Fingerhut for a service I did not order. It was an insurance policy with AIG CD INS. I called AIG and tried to cancel it, telling them I did not order the insurance and did not want it. I was treated very rudely. I then called Fingerhut and told them I did not want the insurance and that I had already talked with AIG. Fingerhut told me that I had to pay the minimum for two months as that is as long as it would take to get it off my account and if I didn't, it would affect my credit rating. This company is not the company you wish to work with. This company doesn't know how to TAKE CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES. They do not follow LABOR CODE, they use people, all they want is money. Is there some reason why Verizon subjects paying webmail customers to multiple pop-up ads all over its website? The free email sites such as Yahoo don't assault users like this. This company buys up contracts from other alarm companies. It does not send out notices relating to automatic renewals of contracts. If you have alarm services are not aware of the automatic renewal contract AND you do cancel within a prescribed period of time you are then put in a position of paying for services you do not want. I had lapband surgery on Sept. 11, 2007. I was told to expect to lose 2 lbs per week and when i stopped losing weight, to go in and get a fill. My band holds 14cc of saline. Some bands hole less. Got a Rain Soft sytem that they promoted these clowns to finance, after 30 days raised rate 2% after another 30 days raised it again another 2% and gave me 15 days notice of the chage. When I called they said they needed to do this due to having a bad portfolio. To bad Finco you are crooked and I am going to presue legal remedies as proper notice was not given. There have been two charges to my checking account, both for $69.95. The first one was on 2/7/09, and the second one on 3/9/09. The charges apparently were placed on my checking account when I sent for a sample bottle of ACAI Mix, for which I was charged $4.95 shipping. They explain that the subsequent charges were outlined in the Terms and Conditions that I did not read, and that I was supposed to have called them 14 days later to cancel. The original order was for 30 day supply of Chinese diet tea. Upon recieving the tea I also viewed my credit card to find that they took over $300.00. I immediately contacted the company regarding this unauthorized charge. I have been waiting over 3 months and by the way returned all the product to them minus the 30 day supply that I had ordered and as of this date 3/16/09 no refund. Had my truck listed in the Auto Trader, got a call from these con-artists informing me they had financed buyers for my vehicle, skeptical at first but I was stupid enough to sign up. I didn't receive a single call from the 'BUYERS' or any party for that matter. Now fighting to get my money back. On March 11, 2009 a made a local call from a pay phone at the courthouse and the pay phone would not take my change I put in the phone. I dialed the operator for assistance and used my debit card. I signed up for Survey-Brokers.com because they advertised they had a list of only the best paying surveys. If .50cents is the best I would hate to see the worst. That is what most of the surveys I received was paying. (without having to buy something.) The owners name is Chris and he is from Portugal, he was a partner in this shop and cheated Mr Gehringer out of his share. Chris then started to buy and sell cars wholesale and started to cheat there too by not paying the people he bought the cars from.
