I paid for the Cell Phone with my credit card through Paypal and was promised delivery in about seven (7) days. Today is the 5th of March 2009 and I have not received my package as yet. I purchased a used Ford F150 and decided to purchase an extended warranty from Gjovik Ford for my truck. I purchased a Premium Ford ESP Warranty, top of the line warranty on an official ESP contract, paid for it and a few months later found out they cancel it, after they submit it, and purchased an after market GE brand warranty. The support department is a joke. I tried the live chat and could never get anybody. I sent them an email about the problem and never got a response. The program has a major problem with it. If you scan the system registry - it finds all these errors. Then you take the check mark out of the 'select all' box (default). Then you select the ones that you want it to fix. Like other reports I read on you site, I too was sold a magazine subscription by a young man going door to door in our neighborhood. He said he was selling in order to get points to get a free trip. I bought a 24 month subscription to Prevention magazine- they didn't offer a 12 month subscription, on September 3rd, 2008. This site is a scam, they promise a few hours of processing time yet never deliver anything. They take your money and after that they ignore any further inquiries. I ordered a so-called "free" cd for a grant kit. I was charged $1.14 for shipping & handling. I never recieved the cd and then $39.00 appeared on my bank statement. Having trouble getting my money credited back to my bank account. I do believe this counts as fraud as awell as scamming. There is a phone number, but I get no where with it. I already had the umlimited by boost plan that first came out...didnt have many complaints except the price kept going up but the service worked great..no issues..I decided to get the new unlimited plan because it was cheaper at only $50 versus the $70-75 I was already paying for just unlimited talk and text. My oven was bought by the builder it is 2 years old. I accidently bumped the oven door with a glass lid - the lid did not break, but the glass in the oven door shattered. I called Defy and was told by a technician the the glass shattered because it is safety glass. He refused to discuss the possibility that there may be a fault in the door since it is very unusual for an oven door to break that easily. He put the phone down when I challenged him. On 03/03/09 I purchase this item for my job, and unforturnately due to the high security program we have we were unable to use this product.
