Despite repeated attempts to contact this company ( email / phone / letter ) to cancel the automatic subscription they have been debiting my credit card with for the last two years after I inadvertently accepted an offer for their F.A.S.T. service, they are uncontactable, have ignored my emails & letters and the phone number appears to be inoperational. They say you can unsubscribe anytime but this is not true - any attempts to use the link for this supposed action is inoperable !! I have been very sick for the past two years, there for having help with my checking from time to time. Now that I back doing my paper work, I see a charge for $34.61 that goes back at least through Jan. 2008. These charges are unauthorized, I did not sign up for anything; and if I go on any sites that you have to call and cancel with in 30 days, (I always do that). It should be pretty obvious that I haven't logged on to what ever site this is; These charges need to stop imedeately; and I would expect a full refund for these unauthorized charges to my checking account. I got a card from an aauto dealer for $300 worth of free gas all I had to do was register, send in $5, and then mail in monthly receipts with my vouchers. I have been doing this for 4 months and I have never gotten my $25 per month gas cards. This is a big scam. The phone numbers are all disconnected now. Their business practices are fraudulent and unlawful, they totally misrepresent their chandeliers, stating that they are 100% crystal and I was charged for items I didn't receive. They said they cancelled my next shipment but I don't trust that they did. January 26, 2008 we purchased a Whirlpool Built-in convection oven. Cost 1500.00. February 26, 2009 oven quit working. Have been trying to get assitance and/or answers from Whirlpool techs. My husband and I purchased a new car in September from Hyundai in New Port Richey. We received a $500 voucher for gas as a part of the deal. We have submitted 4 months of our $100 gas receipts for Hess (the station we chose) and have yet to receive the first gas card.
