I booked a flight for my wife, infant son and I to Singapore (11/2/2009). Three quarters of the way through the booking and, sadly, after the payment screen, the internet connection went down. On 1/11/09 I purchased online what was advertised as a brand new DVD set of "The Practice". What I received were homemade DVD's taped off the cable channel FX. Not only that, at least 2 episodes on each disc were unwatchable-I suspect they were taped off digital cable. I verbally signed on with Timeshare Rescue for them trying to resell my timeshare. However, the next day or two we had a change of heart and called them to cancel. My T629 cell phone broke after 1 month of use. I called samsung services (outsourced somewhere in India), return the phone for repair, and waited almost 1 month for the phone to be returned. After opening the package, the returned phone was reassembled improperly ( a large gap remained between the slider and the keypad). Had to call customer services somewhere in India, and was told to return the phone AGAIN for repair. No sympathy, no expedited service, no compensation.
