I purchased a Swivel Chair which turned out to have a defective Base. I contacted Jennifer customer services on approximately February 11 or 12th, 2009 to have them send one of their technicians to repair it. I contracted with American Moving on 12/18/08 with a $295 deposit to pick up my car on 12/30 from Morris Plains, NJ to Cedar Creek, TX. They did not show up or call. It is now 1/12/09 and the car is still sitting in NJ.
