Ironman Fitness uses outside manufacturers to make their products and they simply apply the Ironman name. When you buy an ironman product you are not told that the warranty is through the manufacturer instead of Ironman Fitness. My 6 month old $1, 100 Ironman elliptical broke because it was poorly manufactured. Major pieces of the machine cracked and bolts sheared off and I only weigh 110 pounds. This company, as with many others from Quebec, sends invoices for an online directory or yellow pages listing. As with all of these scams the amount is always between $400 and $500. Unless they can provide proof that you actually requested the listing it is fraudulent. Do not pay these invoices. I was having issues with my PC and found a software called Tweak Vista. Well when I saw that you had to use their downloader "Impulse" I should have stopped there. Tweak Vista cost me $19.99 and after using as instructed my PC booted to more errors than pre Tweak Vista. I got one free credit report from the mini credit reporter monitor service and never signed up for a monthly charge. I noticed it on my checking account and called their number. They said I signed up for it (without my knowledge) and could not credit me. This is absolute baloney! These companies are trying to charge you for everything they can. I do not know where this come from, but my account was charged $29.95 on Fef. 9 and $1.00 on Feb. 10. I was also charged the same amounts on the same days from Credit diagnosos that I did not submit. this apartment's management is the worst i think in whole southwest Houston. if u complain for some problem in your apartment, they never fix it soon or some time they dont fix it for days. if u call on emergency number they still dont fix it. they dont do any work in the outside areas. there is water on the broken pass throughs right outside my apartment they never fix it. the owner doesnt care abt it also. they dont fix childrens play area, or the swings or the sitting areas outside.
