Aeroplan Customer Care (1-800-361-5373) is the most abysmal help line I have ever encountered. Apart from the inane voice-response system to start with, there is an interminable wait for an agent with arcane music playing all the time, and no indication of how long it's going to be. We own a 2007 Dodge Caliber, love it, but I believe we have a safety hazard which the dealer refuses to take care of it because it doesn't occur when they have it in the shop.
