I had a very bad experience with this animal hospital! I took my puppy to have him neautered! They put the wrong size collar on him after surgery and when I walked out front he got hit by (2) cars! Ultramar doesn't install to TSSA (technical stadards and safety association) standards. Ultramar installed an external oil tank to the side of my house, boring a hole through solid rock foundation without strapping the tank. Result, tank sunk 12 inches but the pipe didn't causing the 3 inch pipe to support the weight of the oil and tank, and thus leaking. In December, we received our new gas oven. From the first day, it did not work right, shooting flames from the bottom of the oven and giving off a noxious odor when we tried to use the broiler.
