WC value has been taking $16.95 out of my bank account for the last 3 months. I never ordered anything from them nor do I even know what they sell. These withdrawls have never been authorized by me! i bought the TV and they send me the damage tv. I only ordered free supply of Colo-Pure to pay Shipping & Handling for 5.95. After receiving my credit card bill, I was charged 2 charges of 29.95. Ordered a Tamron 70-300mm Di LD lens for the Canon Rebel XTi from Cambridge. I was given an estimated delivery date of July 7th, 2007. Date came and passed, and Amazon emailed me saying that cambridge didn't give a notice of shipment. I sent an email to the merchant asking for the reason for non-shipment and recieved no reply and after 4 business days I requested that Amazon cancel my order on condition of seller deliquency. I am adding my complaint to all the others. I had the same experience but had another charge of 8.51 from My VIP Fit which they said was for some "limbo" service for online shopping. Watford Electronics aka Savastore are awful. They sent me the wrong items, then it has taken 2 and a half hours and four phone calls to get a refund. I would sooner try and fashion an ADSL router out of some cardboard, bits of old radio and super glue, than order one from these guys in the future. Typical excuses such as "rapid business expansion" and "we are just so busy sir" were given when commenting on their poor service, for me this is just not acceptible. When I called to verify shipping times etc. I was told that I could purchase the American model since this was "grey material" meaning that it's for asian countries and that the remote and literature would be in another language. I placed an order in March. I finally received the product in June, after TRYING to contact this company several times through email (no response) and through the phone number listed on their email 866-456-4887 (disconnected number, try it yourself). I promptly returned the product using their return process and it has been over 6 weeks since they have received it and I still haven't received a refund. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!! Sadly, I did not look for reviews before placing my order. This website is a scam. I waited three weeks for my order and after it didn't come i contacted them multiple times and got no response. I then had to go to my bank to cancel my credit/debit card and while doing so it was brought to my attention that they had charged me twice, the last one 2 weeks after placing the order. who knows if they would have kept charging me if i did not cancel my card. now i am left with no card for at least a month until the investigation is over with. a huge hassle to save a few bucks on discounted items. be careful and stay away from them!!! read full review »
