Listed as Free Sample, this company sent out bottles of extra stuff and told me they were going to charge my credit card 88 dollars and some change. They never mention this in the advertising and they say they are also going to keep sending you more pills and charge your card. When I called customer service it took me 10 mins to get the customer service rep to agree to cancel any future shipments. I am sending all items back tomorrow but at my own expense. I found this out on December 29th when i called to check my balance in the card for a purchase and the amount was only 11.00 dollars. Mikes Coins does business on eBay as mikescoins1 and has a long history of defrauding buyers. Recently suspended, he is back at it. I bought $1500 worth of silver dollars and never received the purchase. He ignored phone calls and emails. Finally after 6 weeks, I filed with PayPal to get a refund. He fought the dispute by providing PayPal a bogus tracking number, claiming that it had already shipped. Today (12/30/2008) my husband and I went to Precision Auto in Germantown, Maryland to talk about a previous auto service. The owner of the shop did not appreciated our honesty about the fact my car was having the same issues with the washer fluid. The shop owner got upset with us and refused to work on my car, and demanded that we leave the shop. He escorted us out of the office and then he locked the door behind us. The hour was 2:00 pm. I attempted to cancel this product within the timeframe stated on the website. However, it was impossible to get in contact with anyone via phone or email. I attempted stop payments through my bank; however, the amount drafted was different each time, so it was not successful. I am still trying to contact this company and working with my bank to stop these automatic drafts. I too had the same problem with unauthorized charges to my account and I haven't even received the products. I had a few charges to my bank account and they were under different company names each time. I filed a discrepency report right away with my bank and received my money back!...Thank God! This company has sent a notice stating that my husband owes T-Mobile $ 1, 061.73, from 2002 we have never used T-Mobile and we have had the same service since 1999 which is not T-Mobile. I also got caught in this scam. They at least sent an email confirmation and I found their 800# on all of the charges they put on my card through my online banking acct. They operate under different names and have different phone numbers so it's difficult to track them, let alone know what the actual name of the company is to try and track them. I signed up for this credit card to supposedly boost my credit score. In the eight months that I had the credit card I was received two billing statements from them, which in order to keep my account in good standing I was forced to pay online which they charge you an additional $7 the next month. City Clerk's Office hours are 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday thru Fridays. This company starts calling a government office from the time we get into work until the time we close business for the day. They go so far as to call during the weekends even though the offices are closed.
