I sent a US Postal money order on March 20, 2006 and ; per delivery confirmation, it was delivered to him on March 22, 2006. He never sent the item I ordered. He emails me that he is sending next week. This has been going on since March. He no longer answers emails. West Coast Metal Buildings Inc. does not stand behind their product. They built 5 carports for us 1 year ago and after the first snow, one of them came crashing down on top of the 2 trucks that were parked underneath Causing damage to both trucks as well as complete destruction of the carport that cost $3200. My son had been under the carport just minutes earlier and could have been crushed to death had he not returned to the house to get something. I went to North Shore Day Spa and they had me fill out a bunch of information as I was a first time guest. I paid with my American Express card and when the statement came in at the end of month, there were over 47, 000.00 dollars in unauthorized charges. I placed an order with Components Direct for nearly $2000 dollars. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews. The next day after the order was placed I got a call from Jeff. The 4 cdrom kits that I ordered were out of stock. Jeff substituted a more expensive kit that was in stock and didn't charge me for the difference. I bought my mini from Clearwater end Aug 2008. The car was fien until October when the eml light showed up in yello. I called BMW on Call - tehy said i should continue driving the car until it broke down. I waited till Monday and booked it in to Clearwater. I bought aEverstar Dual Climate Wine Chiller at the HD and have had it for just over a year by about 1 month. It stopped reaching the temperatures needed to chill the wine. I was told at the HD that they have had many returned but since I have had mine for more than a year that they would not be able to give me an exchange or refund an I would have to call a tech to come out and fix it. Do not do business with West Coast Metal Buildings INC. They do not stand behind their product. They show you pictures of 15 men standing on top of their carports to prove how strong they are . They aren't strong. The first little bit of snow comes and they come tumbling down...on top of your cars no less. I go to the store and order a sonic bacon cheeseburger just like it says on the menu board and the always give me the bacon cheeseburger toaster. There is a difference. Today i gave them the benefit of doubt and went there again and I had to wait 25 minutes and when i got my food it was like they put it into a cooler it was so cold. Two to three times out of the year, for the past three years, we have had some people come to our house to solicit us to fix a dent in our car. Sometimes they bother us as to whether we are selling our car or not. Amex is doing a scam on the public by advertising in the media and on its online site that there is no pre-set limit on their charge card which you pay in full each month. This company took our money and did little work to modify our mortgage loans. We have two mortgages and it looks like they worked with the second mortgage but I still have to call them and see if it is legitimate! They told us not to pay the mortgage or contact the mortgage company until the litigation was completed. Dec. 27th, ate at Ruby Tuesday. Ordered fried shrimp over penne pasta in a parmasian sauce with marietta sauce. I was served this dish with cajun seasoning. I'm getting hit with unauthorized charges. $9.95 that I was able to speak to a live person about and told her to stop them, and then there is also $4.95 being charged w/o my authorization and I cannot get through to a live person to get it stopped.
