I am being charged on my card for products that I have yet to receive and for a first product ordered that didn't even come in time for me to take it for the trial period. In looking at the product page, there are nothing but complaints about these products and even my credit card company knew of these, and told me I had to get a cancellation # before they could take it off my card. If you call, the wait is over an hour, and you can not reach them by email. Please help me to get this problem solved ASAP and I will report them to the BBB.

Okay, I bought this hp compaq 6720s last december, Since then I
have had
2 replacement hard drives, both because the originals corrupted.
1 replacement motherboard, because the machine decided it wanted
a power on password after being shut down for 3 hours.
1 replacement battery pack, because the orginal one stopped charging
2x engineer visits I am still waiting on a third visit to replace

DVD set is poorly packaged, Dvds appear to be copied. The picture is fuzzy and all videos eventually breakup into non readable deterioration. I spent $60 plus for these and they are not watchable. read full review »

I was also scamed by this company, did not receive the product, and can not get in touch with anyone, as I saw in the other complaints that they would charge my credit card, I called and changed the number on my credit card so they could not charge on it again. I have a debit charge of $39.95 on my account and I don't know why other than the fact that it shows this companies name by the charge. I did receive a trail sample of AcaiPure by another company, Fit-Factory. The product is a scam and I wonder how the people at these companies can sleep at night. I did speak with Fit-Factory on the phone and they told me they did not know who this other company was. Both companies are a SCAM and a FRAUD! read full review »

I donot recall ever joining such a club and would like it cancelled and all money returned.

Water/moisture got into the computer board which was replaced before I washed the first load.
A yellow grease-like substance started to form on the inside gasket where door closes .additionally
the letters that tell me which cycle to choose wiped off when machine was cleaned according to
their maintenance manuel.The service person advised "IT IS NOT GREASE, although it looks like grease,
this machine has no working parts that require grease".

These companies took 79.95 and 69.95 plus five 1.01 charges from my account. I called them to say that I couldn't afford the charges because I lost my job on Christmas Eve. I called the number on their website and they were supposed to be there and all I got was an answering machine that was full and a corporate office line after that which I left a message on. Let me first say that i have no complaints with hp products. With this in mind I purchased a hp desktop in Bursa, Turkey, on 27 January 2008. After some months the wireless connection failed and although I tried to get the problem fixed locally it could not be done and I had to send the computer to hp service. I saw a flier for AFCA back in 1998 and I called it. I went to their office in Richmond, CA to get help with getting a credit card, since my credit was not very good. They told me that in order to get the credit card, I had to become a member and pay a $5.00 monthly fee for one year, and that they would report my good payment history to all 3 credit bureaus monthly, which would improve my credit.

I opted for a "free trial" and was sent a sample bottle and charged $9.75 for it- most of the cost was the shipment to the UK. I'm OK with this. I am furious that they have since deducted two further payments of around $75 each within the space of a couple of weeks and have caused a FIT-FAC deduction of ~$20 against my credit card. So that's a further ~$170
