This company has charged my bank account for products that I have not received. I order a free samply and once I received it, I decided that I did not want to try it. Ordered slimclip online, then try to cancel order; however it takes 48 hours for customer service at 800-428-1600 to receive order. Tried canceling through the website link that was sent to me via email, waited 48 hours and received no cancellation email. Tried calling the customer service again for two days and either it said they were not open, which wasnt true because I called between their normal business hours, or their message said that they were experiencing a high volume of calls and tp try again later in the week!!! Wells Digital is some kind of a scam where they take orders and bill credit card companies but never send you anything. No one answers the phone or responds to e-mails so the only thing you can do is report it to your credit card company. Credit Card Company takes 8 weeks to investigate. After 8 weeks, the charge re-appears on your credit card statement because Wells Digital tells the credit card company that the charge is real. You dispute the charge again and again it takes 8 weeks to investigate. How Wells Digital makes money form this I am not sure. But it is definitely some type of a scam. read full review »

In Texas, there is no sales tax on grocery/food items. Backroads Bakery, Inc. sells fried pies. These have long been classified as non-taxable food items, however, at least one of their retail sellers are charging sales tax on the fried pies to retail customers. Backroads claims to have 80 stores selling their fried pies, so if all 80 stores are collecting sales tax, this is a massive amount of taxes being collected from customers on an item that is non-taxable. These guys are the worst PC store on-line. They send out bad motherboards, CPU's, and RAM, then argue with you over return. In my worst case with these guys, I bought a Motherboard, CPU, Ram, and Fan. The Fan, and RAM worked, but the motherboard was badly scratched and didn't work. I'm quite surprised this thing is still in business (if you can call it that?). Cartridges that are marked wrong, not like the website represents them, no yellow in several 3-color cartridges (when I clean to try to get some yellow going, that runs out the black cartridge), odd-shaped unusual cartridges, AND reduced from 18ml contents to 12ml of ink content.
