I have seen an advert during a family film, fora forthcoming ITV programme called 'Demons'. It is scheduled to be broadcast on Saturday 3rd January 2009 at 7.20 pm. The advert terrified itself is deeply disturbing, depicting blood sucking, Satanic looking creatures and hideous and menacing monsters. We have been loyal customers of AT&T for years, but in Jan, Feb, Mar, and Apr of 2007 our service with Dish Network (which was bundled with AT&T) had many problems. 2 out of 3 of the boxes refused to work. Bought a pair of Maria V. Afonina design boots. They were really nice and seem to fit good at first but the boots on the heels, broke off and were impossible to glue them back on. I order the boots from a clothing website who sells a lot of designer brands and they said they could be returned for a full refund. I really like the style of the boots but because the heels couldn't stay on, I had to decide on another brand. Someone stole my credit card number and placed a standing order with this company. They did not have the correct name/address for the account but Victoria Principal used the card anyway. This company has ads everywhere for Acaipure and a Colon Cleanse. They offer a free trial for a low shipping fee and precheck for other items on the order form. You will be charged $41.85 for the products that were prechecked and if you don't return the trial in 15 days, they will go back into your debit or credit card account for another $39.95. What a ridiculous nightmare!! I got suckered into purchasing a $200 extended warranty for a new Blackberry Pearl in January 2008 (I know-very stupid). 11 months later the phone simply wouldn't take a charge. Another Kenmore oven heating element fire. We have the Kenmore 4783 wall oven, installed about a year ago, the oven is close to two years old. Same story - when heating at 350 degrees, the heater element failed and caught fire. My wife was in the kitchen and turned off the oven right away and the flames went out after a few seconds. Having read all of the complaints on this site, I worry about simply repairing and replacing the heating element as it seems to recur for some people. Not sure if this is related, but the oven has always cooked about 15 degrees low. For something that requires 350, we've had to cook at 365. read full review »

Yes, I got this visa debit card for Christmas and I tried to activate the card by phone. They said I needed the activation number on the receipt. When I asked the person who bought me the card, she was completely unaware that she needed to keep the receipt. I feel that the Wal-Mart cashier should tell people about this.
