My husband and I purchased a dining room table from Hanks a few weeks ago. We were told the table would have to be shipped in, and we could pick it up on Wednesday of the next week. They trial order was under Your VIP Fit, then IP-Colon Smart, next MYEZTRIM and finally under MY VIP FIT. Colonial Crossings of Williamsburg (VA) gave us a certificate as part of our purchase of a time share. We completed the certification in August 2008, for a flight from Dulles airport (DC) to Orange County airport(CA) in February 2009 and sent the required fee. Certs, in November 2008, sent us a request for additional monies due to a "history of cost of flights " between our requested destination and departure airports. On December 11, 2008 we received a written quote via e-mail from this company for $55 to drive from Union NJ to JFK airport for our flight on December 17. On December 15, we called and made a reservation and the $55 amount was confirmed. On December 16 in the morning, the day before our flight, On Time called and said the quote was a "mistake" and they would have to us charge $85. We were leaving early the next morning. Ordered a 30 day supply of Phentremine to "try" "FREE" pay shipping only of 5.95. ed the website and the shipping invoice that cam ewith the product because I was concerned that some sort of auto shipping may be attached. I did not see any indication that auto shipping would occur. They offer a low price on an all expense paid cruise and then the cruise never materializes and then you somehow have mysteriously have let too much time pass that you had to take the cruise. They send me cook books sometimes 2 times a month. The last 6 months I have returned them. I get the books in the mail and put return to sender and then take them to the post office. Unopened. Then a month or two down the road they send me a bill for the book which I had sent back. It's starting to upset me to the point of cancelling my membership. I am so ashamed that I fell for this and I hope others are warned so that they may be aware of the deception of this company. One thing I do credit them with is responding and having a valid address to voice complaints even though they are not able to readily correct things and they cause a lot of worry and hassle until it gets resolved. Made numerous phone calls to them to get a shipping date, no information has been given to me. I have gotten the runaround everytime i call they say it may be being shipped as we speak.
