I purchased the "free-trial" online; I've done this before with other sites and have not had a problem but these people went ahead and charged my debit card for $79.95. There is supposed to be a 14 day free trial but it is 14 days from when these people say it's shipped; not from when you get it. I have been trying to contact this company since early this morning and have been on hold for over 30 minutes twice on one number and once on another number. We bought a Samsung tv on 2/27/06. price 1, 999.99 & 24mo.service repair plan. In less then 5 mo. I had to call them about it. It was turning red and other colors could not see. I order a trial size for $4.00 and they charged my charge account over $104 dollars. I never received the trail and when the product came there wasn't any paper work with it. No invoice. I disputed the charges with my credit card, so Ultra Tea froze my account and will not refund my $104 for a product that was returned to them. They say there is no record of the return. When I called Spa Chakra they quoted me their old prices, which was $70 for a partial highlights, $65 for a haircut. When I got the bill it ended up being $110 for partial highlights and $100 for a haircut. The work was so poorly done but I did not want to cause a scene at the spa. Some of my highlights were black. Took a vehicle to Maaco # M1469 in Turnersville for prep & paint. a portion of the prep. was to "cut and weld" a 3"X5" rust hole. The bill for Maaco service was $1527.62. Purchased a rebuilt Mercruiser 454 Marine engine with a 2 year unlimited hours warranty.The engine failed after 6 hours of use due to salt water intrusion. I ordered a pipe and tamper from this company while I was in Iraq. I paid $124 for these products back in August 2008. This included $10 for priority shipping and insurance. We experienced malfunctioning A/C in a Hawaiian home rented from Luxury Retreats. As an adjustment, we requested compensation but were only given a 5% discount on future rentals.
