I needed to have past taxes filed. I found Joe Zuniga with Ideal Tax Service (it even sounds cheesy now). Joe gave me all of these warnings of how the IRS was going to get me in trouble and don't trust them and he would handle everything. Joe then asked me for $2500 upfront. This company sells its products in multiples for discounts, but only gives a six month warranty. This company, run by Doug Wilhite, has sold thousands of vacations, travel, etc. and probably has not booked 25% of them. I have three friends along with my own experiences, and we are no longer able to complete bookings, communications (with some positive goals) and problems with third party companies. I purchased a 50 inch Plasma Philips 1080 TV 24 months ago. Loved it, was very loyal to the company name and product line. Not anymore. OK, we went to the Sears Outlet store in Franklin Mills, PA and bought a new range. I rented a system from Turning Technologies thinking that TurningPoint was a reliable service. The system provides real-time feedback from people in a business meeting. Well, the technician they sent was nice, but didn't really know his product. The worst part was that during the meeting the system would not work. Votes were not received even though people were voting. We had to ask people to vote 2 or 3 times on the same question before we received their votes. It was very frustrating to say the least. Called the store (I live 1/2 hour away) she insisted that she could not credit my card over the phone and I would have to drive back there.
