Beware of this company when doing a home loan. I was late on payments actully 3 and made the late fees. I will remain annoyomus, I recently had my roof done by this company this summer and was totally un satisfied with the workers they sent to our home. They were very un-professional and I must say they were never on time. I have a Nordic Track Eliptical it continues to have the same problems. I bought my extended warrenty through Sears at the time of purchase for 3 years. Sears sold my warrenty to UTS who now services my eleptical. I also ordered a complete collection set from these people and yes, more than 50% of the discs were unplayable. Several were scratched and the paper labels they used are just not a good idea in the first place as they eventually warp the discs. My credit card was NOT charged twice and I have not observed any further charges by them. What a horrid business. I was told, on the phone, by their Sales Department I was to receive a Cappuccino colored Barbados futon, as depicted on their website… and a Walnut futon was delivered. I signed up with Transcendent Innovations about 3 weeks ago. I did as was told, completed and offer off one of their third party sites of which went "green" a few days later money is being taken out of my credit card of which i have absolutely no knowledge of and never authorized. Also, of sites and businesses i have never even heard of. This is completely unacceptable I now have to cancel my credit card in fear of what is going to be taken out next or even more possible fraudulent payments.
