On October 3, 2008 my bank account was charged through my debit card number for $99.95 by Alpha Red Inc. without my permission. Thankfully on October 8, 2008 it was reimbursed. My wife and I have spoke to the management at this facility on numerious occasions, concerning the door leading to the racquetball court. This door does not close properly which could lead to someone being seriously injured. Also the smell of mold in that area could be a health hazard. It is requested that these two issues be corrected as soon as posssible. Management at this facility is very supportive put it seems that complaints fall on deaf eyes at the top. They charged our checking account without our permission on October 16, 2008. I have called our bank, and I was given a number (1-888-205-2257) to call. With a name like Tutortime one would expect to have trained professionals working within these facilities however that is not the case. Children have little stimulation from untrained staff whom are mostly children themselves. Further, there is always a new face working there. The owner is completely out of touch with the lack of developmental stimulation, training and operates this franchise like a puppy mill. I ordered a Halloween costume from their website and it has not been shipped out as of yet. I have tried to call the phone number listed on their website 5 times and no one picks up. I have sent e-mails to three different e-mail addresses (all listed on their website) and have not received a response. This FRADULENT company somehow gets your debit or credit card info and bills you $19.95 each month. They claim it's for some service that you neither asked for or know about. I rented from this man for almost 6 months. We came down with bed bugs which he refused to make sure the problem was taken care of in a timely manner. Yesterday I received delivery of a Bullworker Steel Bow only to be disappointed as soon as it was put in my hand. The box was torn, obviously roughly handled in transit but then again it could be argued whether the packaging was suitable for delivery. On opening the Bullworker Steel Bow box I find the exercise chart sitting on top of the apparatus held with an elastic band. The chart was all bent and creased and in poor condition. I hadn't seen any physician at First Care in Loveland Colorado, since 2004. I received a collection notice from them for services rendered to myself and my child in 2007. Like I said, I haven't been there nor have I taken my kids there. On the day of the pre elections my mom when to vote, she parked on a no stopping sign, she did not see it but she understood that if she got a ticket it was her problem. She got a ticket for $45, so she thought. Classic autobody in Berlin NJ painted my auto. What a crappy job. I think i could have done better with a can of spray paint. Paint is so thick it is cracking, stuff stuck in the paint and in some places the paint is already peeling and i only had it done a couple of months ago. I should have known better since his shop is tucked away in some grimey garage. Has a bunch of look like homeless people working for him. probably they were high when the did the paint job. I have my vehicle financed thru Crescent Bank & Trust. I have never been late on a payment. When Houston got hit by Hurricane Ike I called the bank to see if they would defer my September payment because I was unable to work due to downtown being closed. I applied for a loan of $7, 000. with Equity One Financial (www.eqonefinc.com), sent $980. by moneygram to someone in Texas, then $380. by moneygram to the New York office. then everything went dead. No money. No loan, and the mail I have sent them has been returned as having a bad address, though the address I am using is the one listed on their website, and the one on my loan documents.
