I had my 2000 Toyota Tundra truck taken to Day Toyota for inspection this September, as I did every year. Only this year I was told they could not inspect my truck because the frame was rusted out above one of the rear wheels. They never mentioned any problem with the frame in prior years and all of my service was done by them. The hotel is charging us an additional $350 for "smoking" in the room. Neither my husband nor myself have EVER smoked. I purchased a New Dell Inspiron 1721 from Aarons (appox 236.00 mo. for 12 months) in Febuary 2008. I got the computer home, wrong charger and files on the computer from Oct 1977. When Weber and Grahn sold me a furnace they never told me that it needed someone else to "set it up". The furnace NEVER worked properly. I kep calling and each time they sent someone who made the problem worse. TWICE they spilled fuel on the basement floor and inside the furnace, sending fumes into my home. We stayed at this hotel for two nights in room 202 during a three-day holiday. While the staff was friendly and professional, we did experience some trouble. Ours was a non-smoking room, yet the hallway was heavy with the smell of smoke. I purchased a couch and loveseat set from Nationwide Warehouse a few years back. I called to see when I could pick my couch up and nobody seems to know anything about it. Creative Cabling is a ripoff! They did the install of my phone system couple months ago and when my phone line was down from Hurricane Ike, they came out to test the line. They said the problem was AT&T and left after 10 minutes of work. I was consequently billed for $150, a full hr of labor + trip charge, for just testing the phone line and telling me it's not their fault. I called the owner Sam for clarity and he just said this is standard procedure. Creative Cabling is just another ripoff artist taking advantage of a hurricane victim! Hurricane Gustav knocked down such a giant tree in my back yard that a bobcat was needed to remove it. The bobcat tore up the lawn and left depressions in the soil that contain standing water days after a rain. The standing water allows mosquitoes to breed by the thousands. I ordered the free business cards from Vista Print on a credit card. I did not object to the processing fees. However, they automatically enrolled me in Vista Print rewards and charged me 17.95 a month, without my knowledge or consent. I did not see this listed anywhere on the site or in any paperwork I received with the cards, and I did check. I did not discover these charges until about a year later. At that time, I called and asked for my account to be cancelled. They charged me AGAIN the following month.
