Don't ever book with (bookIt.com). They overcharge you and miss lead you. I booked 4 days in Los Cabos and they over charged my about $400 more. I also booked for 4 adults and they ended up having to book 4 people in one small room with one bed and pull out sofa bed. Can you imagine taking a vacation where I'm at a resort and I have to sleep in a sofa bed? We ordered 2 Angus burgers at the Sonic Drive-in on Vance Jackson & Loop 410. We were shocked and disgusted to bite into partially frozen meat! Took burgers in and manager only offered to cook us new burgers (I tried to eat mine, but couldn't after the previous experience). Manager gave a lame excuse about why burgers were frozen. They were also out of the right buns for the burgers and after going into the restaurant, I will never give them a second chance due to the messy and dirty conditions. Want an Angus burger? They promptly took my order on line, and the Sales people are very easy to reach. However, apparently they can not 'transfer' you to anyone in Customer Service or Shipping. They can only take a message.????? Never received order. The tracking number said it left their company, but didn't make it. I called, and sent 4 emails. I am a user of Evercom Services and ever since Sunday 9.14.08, I have been unable to make a payment through the on-line service or on the phone with the csr. Each time I've tried it states, "validation failed" and no one can tell me why. I've called them and they've told me the only other options are Western Union or sending a payment via usps (postal service). I can't believe it. I received a notice to extend my (Old) car's warranty (even though I sold my old car almost 7 months ago) through Consumer Protection Services. Although I already believe that extended warranties are a ripoff, I called their number to see if there was any way I could be removed from their mailing list or to let them know I no longer have this old car for which this extended warranty offer was subject to. I have been living here for a year now and I can tell you that it is not worth living here. Yes the rent is cheap but you make up for it on gas. It takes at least 15 min to get anywhere. Also, you would think that being out in the middle of nowhere that it would be nice and quiet. NO!! Every night there are fireworks going off from Disney and you never know at what time. They sold diet aid to my son who is a minor. Then they debited his account twice for product he never recieved and made his account go into overdraft.
