My remodeling experience with the Kitchen and Bath Depot was very positive. I was pleased with the level of professionalism. They understood what I wanted in a kitchen and were able to design the perfect space. Their selection of cabinets and counter tops was also good. They worked within my budget and timeline to create a beautiful kitchen. If I had to do it again, thank God I don't, I would certainly use the people at the Kitchen and Bath Depot. I brought my car in to be washed after noticing that vandals had thrown eggs on it. On checking in, the order person told me that eggs were hard to remove, so I asked him if they were going to be able to get it off. He said yes, and said we could send it through again if needed. Watch out for Costco: you get what you pay for, plus some extra damage. I got my lenses replaced there, and they needed to be adjusted once they got back from the lab. Not a big deal and entirely expected. Now they say that they can block his calls because our daughter who lived in Iowa had a phone bill years ago with Qwest that wasn't paid. That was when she was married. I returned the product within the 14 day trial period and was assured, in writing, my credit card would not be charged $59.95. I had enclosed the letter, highlighted their terms of the agreement and hand wrote instructions to not charge my credit card. One week later the charges were processed. I didn't want to be subscribed to the monthly $79.76 payment and product shipment. I understand there is a 30 day return for a full refund policy however, the 30 days starts at the day I ordered the SAMPLE. I purchased an Ideal Spa Cover, Inc vinyl replacement cover for $430 just over 1 year ago. Just this past week, I noticed that ALL of the handles and tie downs (made of webbing material) just absolutely disintegrated! The company warranty says that they will fix the vinyl but that I have to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS which is going to cost me another $40-50 for fixing their defective cover. Getting calls from someone from Ghana (++233245884751) claiming to be Mr. Shane Stone, UN Diplomat, who adviced that he has received a consignment for me containing US$ 25, 000, 000.00 and requesting my passport details and address claiming to deliver it. This person has been calling me daily and sending me emails on office email address which is highly rediculous. I totally trusted this doctor. My biggest mistake. He ended up ruining my whole nose, including my health. He turned my nose up almost 100%. He calls it the Barbie look. My wife and I purchased premium Stainmaster carpet from Home Depot several months ago, only to find out that it stains easier than any carpet either one of us had ever seen. After six months, it looked worse than our old carpet which was 15 years old. Common dirt which did not stain our old carpet stains the new carpet.
