Hello, I am writing with the hope you will give me the right address in Singapore to file a complain when you have been scammed in an internet trasnsaction. On August 5th i contacted e-currency exchanger www.Me-gold.com to purchase some e-currency (Liberty Reserve). Only the bank wire costs $50.00 Us dollars. After receiving my money this people were supposed to exchange it into LR and fund my Liberty Reserve account. They never did. Up to this day i don't have news from them. The new manager of the store that has the posted complaint went out of her way to go to my fathers nursing home fit him and take glasses back. I had no other way to help him see and it was the fifth store I had been at trying to get help for Dad. They went above and beyond to help me and if that is how they view customer service should be I will tell everyone I ever meet to go there. No problems with glasses at all in the past 3 months. The store is small and very busy but in my 4 trips there so far, everyone was hard working and pleasant, I wonder if this person who complained has a clue as to how great that store is??? read full review »

We are getting monthly charges from 2 companies we did not consciously order from. Homerewards and Shopping Essentials. Obviously, this is a common practice... I have since seen them on the news, as well, regarding their poor practices. We want to be dropped from these companies IMMEDIATELY. As I was perusing my credit card statement, I saw a charge from "Easy Saver" that I was not to clear about. Upon investigation I saw that the charge was from PA and I had not been out of Texas. I looked "Easy Saver" online and saw that I was not the first to experience this hidden charge. I immediately called and the representative pleasantly refunded my funds. If anyone is looking for storage, you might want to steer clear of these facilities. In today's economic structure we all know every dollar counts and from time to time we have to stretch those dollars. Well needless to say if you are in this situation like almost like every other American... if you are late more than five days at these places... you should not plan on seeing your stuff until you pay your bill, plus a hefty 20 percent late fee. I ordered over $100 worth of Sigg aluminum water bottles on 5/29/2008 (almost 4 months ago at this point.) I've sent e-mails asking the status of my order. They've never replied. Pifers Towing of Mineralwells West Virginia was called by Wood County Sherrifs dept. to tow my truck for a bumper height violation. I had requested that Rocky's be called and not Pifers. Pifers towed my vehicle instead and caused over $3000 in damage to this vehicle. The tow truck driver admitted to the owner (Mike Pifer) that he had damaged my vehicle. On July 15, 2008 my son went to wash his hands in the bathroom of Denney's Restaurant in Madera, CA he slipped on the wet floor, hit his head knocked him out for a second. hit his front teeth on the sink and knocked out 5 teeth! His friend took him to emergency himself. I arranged the dentist the next day. There was a report made. The blood had to be moped up. It has cost $5, 000.00 to fix these teeth. I have a 2008 Ford Hybrid Escape, off the lot, it came with a GPS system. Don't buy it - not worth the money it gives wrong directions - called Ford from vehicle while trying to navigate thru adriondack mtn's. Does not have correct road data for ANY side roads - Ford told me they created a report go into dealership - went in - dealership had no such report, told me they have nothing to do with GPS system and basically too bad. Guardian Security will trick you into a 3 yr Contract. They will tell you, that the contract is for 1 year, turns out, that if you don't read, its 3 YRS!!! I tried canceling because I have Vonage as a phone service, instead of a land line. To cancel they are charging me over $1400 for the equipment. That is insane! I told them they can have it back. Aaron lied by making promises that they did not keep. When their representative came to assess our move and give us a quote, he told us that all of our furnishings would be shrink wrapped. Nothing was shrink wrapped, resulting in the damage of a 60" Sony television. Instead of paying for it, they are saying that as far as they know, the set was broken when they picked it up. I have serious issues with Lynn Foster and the maintenance man over Arrington Estates, managed by L & W Management. Ms. Foster and the maintenance man are constantly harassing residents of Arrington Estates, and now employers of residents. The most recent issue includes my place of employment being called. 9/13/08 (Sat). Discovered our 3 year old Maytag Fridge died overnight. Fun. Called Maytag's 800 # and spoke with a very kind and empathetic agent who arranged a service appointment with A&E Factory Service for somewhere between 8-5 on Monday, 9/15. I asked her how much this would cost us out of pocket. She said $65 if the problem is covered under the limited 2-5th year warranty.
