It has been 6 weeks and I can not get a response as to when my $300 pet deposit will be returned. This has been an going issue at Kenton, I had to move out because of the conditions, the apartment would never be any cooler than 78 degrees no matter how low the thermostat was set. I had repeated asked that it still does not operate properly. Heed my warning and do not move the only time they are friendly is when you sign and on the first of the month - when the rent is due. I just want my deposit back so I can end this situation.

I search for means of contacting them but I cannot find any phone number of this company nor their website. called thier number above and was asked to use web side due to high vol and wait of 35 minutes (www.gohelp.now). and this is the site I received. Called and cancelled this in August with this same phone number, and the lady said it was a charge from a SPAM e mail I signed up for (unknow to me) when I ordered their colen clense advertised by Katie Couric (Kouric) product sample of 6 for appx $67.00 cost $4.95, and returned the product and never used, to avoid cancer of colen her husband died from. Beware of this company they lied repeatedly, They stated that they contact you to schdule a pcik up date within 24-48 hours and they don't. They charged my credit card for the amount quoted and my car didnt not get picked up until almost a week later. I have not used my card since 9/4/08. The charge of $74 and some change is not my charge and needs to be credited back to my account. Please handle this fast as my children need me to buy grocies and this is my child support card.

My 15 year old Son worked all last Summer and part of Winter to buy this X-Box 360 Elite and the intercooler ( a good system should not need an intercooler!) and has had nothing but problems with it. Now we are having to send it back to Microsoft again for more repairs
(the system was only 3 months old when the first problem occurred). I advise all Parents not to waste the money on this console, for within a couple of months, if not sooner, you will start having problems with it...connecting to DSL, reading discs, signing into your account... read full review »

I was checking my Rushcard account and noticed a charge for $4.87 on my account. I had no idea what this charge was for because I knew my funds were low so I wasnt even using my card. I did some research on the internet and found this site. I had no idea what Acai Berries are and I did not order this stuff. BENCHMARK BUILDERS AND SLOPPY WORKMANSHIP
Sloppy and shoddy workmanship by Benchmark Builders is very irritating.
Less than a month after I moved into my new house I realized that my backyard turns into pond whenever it rains and water remains on the lot over two days.

We bought the West Indies II Dinning Table with 6 side chairs and 2 Arm chairs on 8-16-08. When they delivered on 8-22-08, the Table was damaged. the delivery guy told us to keep it and he would ask them to come and exchange it. I called the next day and they said the will send a replacement on 8/30/08. Instead of a replacement the send a repairman to come a repair the damage table, I told the repairman, I wanted a new Table not a repaired damaged table. I had no way to contact you until I got my credit card statement. I did not order any additional pills and I do not want any more of your product. They certainly did not work for me.

I try to check my bank account on line every other week and every time i see stuff taken out of my checking account. This time it was from 866-584-2461 TLG*COOLEXTRAS took 11.95 out of my account.
Man i hate these people that cheat and scam others i have worked hard all my life. never cheated anyone or stole from anyone if i did this to someone I couldnt live with my self.

They do not answer their phone. When I had them out the 1st time, they "fixed" my ac unit and "ordered" a new thermostat. They stated that the thermostat would come in in a few days. 3 weeks later, still no thermostat. I had to place a reorder with my home warranty company. the following week, they came out with the "ordered" thermostat, which was wrong. Discrimination against age and race of employee. Of Russian origin and over 40 years of age, this store mistreated my wife terribly. She was required to sift through garbage to retrieve hangers, which were then used to hang clothing on without any cleaning being done.

My experience with this contractor was horrible. Spent many phone calls trying to fix what they have done to my house. 4 months later my house is still not done. I ended up firing the contractor. None of my expectations was meet. Gave me a bunch of sorry excuses that has nothing to do with me. I was promised that it will take only 3 weeks for the process gave and take the weather. We are having our tags held hostage on a vehicle we bought at the first of August. We paid 1500.00 down but then oru saleman Reggie wanted 500.00 more so we wrote a post dated check for the 12th of August. On the 12th he called yelling at my husband wheres my money. To add to my frustration, I've emailed the company 3 times and have left 2 voicemails as well. (Their phone number is not listed on their site, I had to dig that up from the BBB).

I purchased two airline tickets using my Rewards program. I was charged the $10 per ticket fees.. but later when I looked at my bank statement there was a $75 per ticket fee charged as well without me ever knowing that would be charged. I am very upset. Of course when you call their customer relations Dept. you get India. I was put on hold for a very long time while the girl looked for a supervisor for me to talk to. I recently bought an Amp from Visonik The 1800watt amp from them that didn't last 2 months The Gain & Bass Control shorted Out!! So i call Costumer service and hears the lowdown, First you have to Fax the receipt! Then you package up the amp, Ship to them your Cost, Third they want you to send in your package a 15 dollar money order for Shipment back to you for there Messed up crap! I have been ripped off by these scam artists. After getting no satisfaction, I instructed my attorney to file a law suit, which we have done. Any one who would like to join us is welcome to. I also contacted a friend who is a Superior Court judge and former US attorney, who advised me to open a case with the FBI, which we plan to do next week. Under specialist nueroligist, and 4 other dr's due to them messing up my trigemineal nerves not one side but both, 60-80% of people that get this kill them selves due to the pain, i wont, dr. hackney tampa office told me pain was in my head, bone scans, and other test proved different. I spent 44.00 on an item, wore it for about 2 minutes to check fit, realized that it was too big, packaged it up and returned it. The item was barely touched, and all tags were included. Despite that, my refund was just over $23.00. Shipping costs and return shipping fees are not refunded. I've never heard of such a return policy from a mail-order company. I don't expect to shop from the website anymore. I'm a huge fan, but the customer service is terrible. I called ZPDI on 09092008, reference the charges of$39.30 (6 min) on my phone bill . I was told collect calls, no one was home to accept these calls, I have had collect call block for years, with all the scams from people in prison and the ability of others to route from your number to others in other countries, causing outrageous calls to be on your phone bills. This outrageous $6.55 a minute.

I was careless enough to use them for my return relocation from France to NY. While my first experience with GOF was moderately unpleasant, the second experience was downright horrible.

I would encourage anyone who is moving to stay away from Baker Moving. They gave me a great quote and I sent in a deposit. When the movers show up, the quote suddenly increased in price. My price jumped by $500 because I had 25 more cubic feet of belongings.
When they delivered by belongings, two pieces of furniture were missing. They were only small fold-up bookshelves, but I still paid to move them and expected to get them back. I am currently talking to them about insurance.

I thought all was fine until eight business days later when they told me my drivers license was unclear and I would have to refax it again.

I signed up for the FREE software that they advertised and agreed to a one time processing fee of $1.95 when I signed up on 8/25/2008. On 9/10/2008 my credit card was automatically charge $39.85 without my knowledge or permission.
