I purchased model KWD-808-I Acupunture Stimulator in April of 2007. In October of 2007, the device stopped working. The unit turns on, but does not generate any output. The manual states the device has a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. The dealer says it has a 21 day return policy. One bills are attempting to charge my credit card for something i have not installed on my computer i have recently been warned this is a parasite (xpantivirus2008) and is a trojan infection proving very difficult to destroy once it gets in the computer.
