I ordered by phone a 2008 Norton Internet Security upgrade for $57.84 and was charged that on my credit card plus a charge of $42.79 for somethng I never ordered. The ordering procedure took too much time and I have at least ten numbers such as priority, order confirmation numbers and a lot of other e-mail which is to further complicate a rather simple order. After many calls, I cancelled my order and will never use Norton products again.
