Royal Bank had been charging my Visa balance an 18.50 % annual interest rate for the seven years I've had the card. Suddenly, a couple of months ago, they arbitrarily raised that to 19.75 %. My friends and I enjoy going to Taco Tuesday nights...but the waitresses there are horrible. So is the manager. I have never seen such slow service. The waitresses are all ditzy. They get our orders wrong all the time, never bring us refills, and never check on us to see how we are doing. I bought a used car with low miles from a neighbor, who had purchased the car new. The car had every service performed at Quail Springs Goodyear since new, with documentation to prove it. I was verbally assaulted by a store employee when I entered with my service animal and refused to give them my name, address, phone, and disability in writing. I was further refused service and made to leave under threatening of police involvement. I'm still shaken by this and have been informed by the one who was yelling at me that this is store policy. My aunt who is very ill, was sold a hospitalization "membership" from CDBA.
