Bought $17000 in kitchen appliances in March 2008 from Sears at Montgomery Mall, Bethesda, MD. I bought a 2003 es 300 with 23000 miles from jm lexus in margate, fl. The first day I had the car, there was a loud knocking noise under the steering wheel. I called and told he sales rep, chris and Michael about it. I suggested that we cancel the deal because of other issues. They took the car and fixed it but upon receiving the car, 2 days after, the noise came back. I took it again and one service writer said it was parked too long and another said there was a recall on the shaft system for the 2003 models. My friends and I enjoy going to Taco Tuesday nights...but the waitresses there are horrible. So is the manager. I have never seen such slow service. The waitresses are all ditzy. They get our orders wrong all the time, never bring us refills, and never check on us to see how we are doing. I bought a used car with low miles from a neighbor, who had purchased the car new. The car had every service performed at Quail Springs Goodyear since new, with documentation to prove it. A few days after buying the car, I decided to do an oil change. I do my own service and have been changing oil on my own cars for over 30 years.
