There is only one CVS store in Centreville, VA. The one on Pickwick road. This phramacy has a whole range of problems. From lack of customer service, to employees that can't help you find an item, and they even just tell you anything just to get rid of you (called blow you off). Recent vacation at the beach ended up in numerous complaints to management. The following is an example of what I endured... My room was on the 2nd floor which appeared to be "kiddieland". This entire purchase has been a nightmare. They damaged the doorframe bringing in the refrigerator, one man came to install the microwave and dented the vent(chipped the cabinet, also), the control panel on the microwave never was right and it took THREE months to get a new one, the person that installed the dishwasher left the hose too long and when another person came to fix that-he broke the soap dispenser! Had surgery at St Francis Mooresville campus on 12/11/06. I purchased a battery for my Dell computer. It failed within a few months and they sent me a replacement (after numerous efforts to reach them went unanswered). That battery failed within a few weeks. They promised a refund when we sent that one back but instead they sent another battery! That one also failed immediately.
