First, the Sales Guy in Major Appliances was excellent and handled this to the best of his ability, as with two managers within the store. Order placed on Boxing Day 2007, first thing in the morning. I bought toyota camry from this dealership. it was a used car with no warranty - but what they did was just sell the car to me after a car wash it seems. Because the car had engine light on within 3 weeks and I got to know that the dealership already knew about that as the error code waw written at the top of the engine. To Whom It May Concern: We recently purchased a mattress from Boscov that we feel is defective. It has a weak spot on one side and a ridge down the middle. We complained to customer service and a person came out to inspect the mattress. The person who came out to see it acknowledged the weak area, but Boscov claims it is within manufacturer's specs and refuses to exchange or replace it. I cannot sleep comfortably on the mattress and cannot believe that the ridge down the center and the irregularities in firmness across the surface are up to any standard of quality.
