I have a charge of $26.99 on my SPRINT cell phone bill from a CSW? Sprint says they do not know what CSW is. It is a 3rd party fee I have to pay. When I asked the representative " Sprint wants me to pay SPRINT for something they can not tell me what it is'? The representative checked with their supervisor and returned to the phone and said "YES, You Have To Pay SPRINT 26.99 and Sprint has no Idea what it is or if you even requested services from CSW" It gets better- this was on a phone line that was not in service 352-476-4299 and75% of the time their representatives are in Costa Rica, India etc... and speak very poor English at best. read full review »

Living conditions were extremely unsanitary! A puppy chuhuahua looked bloated and looked like it was being choked to death by it's colar. There were two golden retreivers with urine soaked bedding, and fecies caked in clumps on their fur and in between their paws. The was a lab living with the same conditions. Not to mention that these poor puppies were to big for the glass box they were sleeping in. There was also a Rottwieller puppy that looked like it was starving. You could see her hip bones and spine. I have called Windstream numerous times about the dsl not funtioning properly from 10pm to 7am by shutting off. I then unplugged the modem, plug it back in, reboot my computer constantly. They say it is my inside house phone lines. I find it interesting that my phone lines can tell time. They work during the day up to 9:30 or 10pm. I purchased an RCA model DRC8335 VCR/DVD unit at Wal-Mart on 12/21/2007 as a gift. It quit working in June of 2008 with both a cassette and a DVD stuck inside. We attempted the troubleshooting steps outlined in the user manual with no luck. This unit has a one year warranty, so the next step was to call the RCA/Thomson customer care number on 6/19/2008. The call alone took forever because of all of the adds to try to get you to order all kinds of monthly billed items which I did not want. I have placed an online order for this Nikon D700 – Body advertised on the company web site for $1899.00. There are confidential information being reviled to the discretion of the company in hope the order goes through for instance: credit card info, etc. I got en email confirming my order. The next day a representative called up and after realizing that he won’t be able to add/sell anything else simply hang up on me. Used the pay at the pump to put gas in car. Put in $11.02 rec receipt for amount but was charged $35.00 on credit card. Called the gas station to fix this and was given nothing but attitude and called a liar. I was told that this is not possiable and that I must have grabbed the the wrong receipt. Ok first of all I know how much I pumped. I pushed the button to print receipt. Second of all even if my car was empty it would not take $35.00 to even fill it. It only has a 13.5 gallon tank. There is an incorrect phone number on the Special Order Contract Guest Copy tickets for the Columbus, NE store. #3251. when I call this number, 402-562-9167, the operator comes on and says the number is disconnected.
