I have placed an online order for this Nikon D700 – Body advertised on the company web site for $1899.00. There are confidential information being reviled to the discretion of the company in hope the order goes through for instance: credit card info, etc. I got en email confirming my order. The next day a representative called up and after realizing that he won’t be able to add/sell anything else simply hang up on me. I don’t care about his manners – that’s his problem but the company’s false advertising should not be tolerated. Used the pay at the pump to put gas in car. Put in $11.02 rec receipt for amount but was charged $35.00 on credit card. Called the gas station to fix this and was given nothing but attitude and called a liar. I was told that this is not possiable and that I must have grabbed the the wrong receipt. Ok first of all I know how much I pumped. I pushed the button to print receipt. Second of all even if my car was empty it would not take $35.00 to even fill it. It only has a 13.5 gallon tank. There is an incorrect phone number on the Special Order Contract Guest Copy tickets for the Columbus, NE store. #3251. when I call this number, 402-562-9167, the operator comes on and says the number is disconnected. Same has just recently happened to me with my credit card. First they charged me a dollar every month, then charged me $11.99 for something else. You tell your credit card company that they have been featured on the internet on the "Rip Off Report" and that they have helped themselves in charging you your credit account with unidentified charges without your explicit knowledge or approval. They will close your account for you and forward your balance to a completely different account in order to keep your account open without them finding you. Car was brought in for a repair and was done incorrectly. Scotton's refused to correct their own mistake and make the proper repair without further charges! After refusing to simply fix their own mistake without labor charges and insisting that they DID fix it the first time, I was told to go elsewhere. DHL is the WORST! The only way they stay in business is because they are the least expensive option for delivery. The only problem is that it's a crap-shoot as to whether or not your items will be delivered on time. The only reason I use DHL is because my company makes us use them. I am very disappointed to not be able to see the entrance of my country, Mauritius, to the Olympics. Does Astro find that Commercials are more important than my country. There were about 3 cuts to commercials during the ceremony where I am certain other countries were missed out too. The whole world waits for the ceremony in order to cheer while seeing their fellow people entering the Olympics Games in front of so many people. My MotherInLaw, a senior, called Telus asking how she could reduce her long distance. They told her she should use email with an EasyPC plan, and signed her up. She has no clue to how to use a computer. Moreso, it keeps breaking down, and as a non english speaker she has a lot of trouble with the tech support.
