Yesterday, I stepped into the Woodland Store on New BEL Road, Bangalore since there was a Sale. I picked up a Ladies Tshirt under the category 'Flat 40% off' (Bill # 3372 dated 13 July 08). 07/13/08, 18:44, Pump#07: Gas is at $4.71, and I'm noticing that the pump is registering more gas than I think I need. I click off and pull out the nozzle. Gas overflows out of my car, and gas is spewing out of the nozzle at full force. I flip up the lever at the pump, and it stops. The attendant insisted there's nothing defective about the shutoff mechanism--he says I just didn't put it in correctly. But the nozzle should stop when clicked off, and it did not. I probably paid for an extra gallon of gas. I am livid, but don't know where to go to register an effective complaint. Perhaps this is a start. read full review »

My 68 year old Grandmother went to buy an elliptical trainer. The salesperson tried to sell her a $2800.00 elliptical. She has a hard time walking for 20 minutes. I don't think she needed to start with such a heavy duty machine. She felt pressured she didn't know what to do. So we went elsewhere and picked one up for $1200.00 It works great. Gas pump instructs cust to see cashier for receipt. Told by cashier that you must come inside store for receipts. Not first time this has happened. I am no longer a customer of Chevron or it's products. Seems the sale of cigarettes is more important than customer service. I got a new GE dishwasher last year and paid $850 for it. We won't even talk about all of the delivery issues and damaged GE appliances that I refused to accept. My husband and little kids has a horrible experience at this restaurant. The couple who run this so called dhaba are very rude to customers. A signed up for a free month of Wu-Yi tea/ just pay$6.95 shipping in March, 08. Received a shipment of 3 boxes of tea and was automatically signed up for Living Lean, a support website for the tea. Did not realize that it was a separate charge until I received my next credit card statement. I had facial plastic surgery done by Dr. Maurico Castellon in Melbourne, Florida. I had a botched lip augmentation... my lips are permanently hard as a rock and very stiff... When I have gone to use my 20 cents or 30 cents off at the pumps for gas, it comes up no points. I know it only is good for 90 days, I bought some gift cards 2 weeks ago that brought my amount off gas to 30 cents a gallon. If the amount that was on the card before the 2weeks ago made it go past the 90 days (which I don't think it was) they should still leave the amount from the purchases of the past 2 weeks. This is the third and last time they will do this to me! I will buy my gift cards and other items from other stores in the area. Upon getting insurance for both and my wifes' motorcycle, we used the website. Had a few problems, and figured we'd call in, in the event something wasn't recorded correctly. Upon using the site we were never alerted to anything about "accessories" that might be purchased for the bikes, nor when we spoke to a live rep was that mentioned. My 3 year old son has started to mimic smoking after seeing the advert for stop smoking he copies the little boy smoking a pencil and walks around like this saying i am smoking! None of our family smoke and we are all for anything that is in place to help smokers quit, but are having a nightmare trying to explain to our little boy that copying this is wrong.
