I came in for Physical Therapy due to an injury. My insurance confirmed that I had physical therapy benefits. They billed me for procedures that had "Chiropractic codes" which my insurance did not cover. I was not informed that they were using Chiropractic codes and not Physical Therapy codes. We went to dinner at Wheelhouse Tavern. We have an entertainment book coupon worth $24 off a dinner en tree any day of the week. After the bill came and we tried to use the coupon the waitress said they don't take the coupon for lobster. We asked to have the coupon value $24 taken off and they said no. If we had gotten a steak they would have taken it off or something else, but the owner's were losing too much money by people trying to use the coupons so they stopped taking them without telling anyone. The food in this restaurant was adequate (not great) however there was one visible staff member to look after the entire restaurant!! Yes, that is for drinks and the meal service!! We bought 2 chairs and a couch from Braden's. The chairs were chosen from a photo and a "similar" piece was shown to us on the showroom floor. Upon delivery, they were not the same at all.
