I got at my daughters house at 9:25 am today July 17, 2008. There were no PS Form 3849 at the door. Windows are open and I am inside the room above the entrance door. This company was paid for a very large landscaping project at our home. One month after the start of the project 2 large expensive trees died. Owner promised they were covered under warranty and they would take care of it. One year and two months after the project was dropped by Dreamscapes we have had to hire someone else to buy trees and plant them for us. I sent a certified letter to Dreamscapes and they refused it. FDC Servers sends out e-mails about upgrades available. They do not send out any information on who can receive these upgrades. Upon attempting to purchase the upgrade, I was told I do not qualify. I state that the e-mails stated no information on the people this upgrade offer applies too. With no luck through them I file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, the next business day I get an e-mail saying that my account is being closed. I contacted after-sales in Feb 08 re faulty mattress still under warranty. We heard nothing for several weeks, then I got text to confirm delivery on certain date. The room rate quoted over the phone was $10 higher per room than they told me. They wouldn't honor what they told me. They tried to charge me for King Size room and they only provided a Queen or Double. The finally did discount the room to a Queen size rate. THERE WAS NO Handicap Access to the Lobby where the breakfast is located. There was also NO one at the desk to help the handicap person, as a guest I had to open the door for the person and help with their food. I purchased a home in Livermore California in 2001. The roof was new in 1997 and just recently I had a inspection to say the roof shingles that where used are under warranty for pre-mature cracking and that the same type of shingles have been replaced on many homes. I requested a replacement under a pro rated work up and was declined stating that since I was not the original owner so the warranty was not transferable. I do not think this is fair and for me to replace a roof only after 11 years is unheard of! I had my car serviced for an oil change and safety inspection, the mileage in was21006, and on paper it said mileage out was 21007, I couldn't pick it up during work hours so they locked it out and I picked it up after midnight the following night, the mileage said 21024, and on top of that my bumper had a huge scrape!! The Internet connection plan that the company advertises comes with the laptop (provided that the customer signs the 3 year plan). The laptop that they advertise is Dell Inspiron 1525. They advertise it as valued at $689 CAD. However upon checking the Dell.ca website one will find that the Laptop is actually valued at $499 CAD. I thought I was getting a CD on government grants available for my granddaughter to research on for $2.99, which I did receive within 2 days. Then I continued to get unauthorized charges of $9.95 and $10.40 with nothing to show. And more continued until I finally caught one from "Utah".
