This apartment complex is a horrible example of "luxury home living", to say the least. Do not believe anything they tell you or let them into their home. I purchased two twin beds from Linders Furniture in Torrance, Ca. I was encouraged to buy the extended warranty in case they broke, chipped, etc. I was not really sold on the idea but the salesperson said, if your kids jump on the bed and it breaks we replace it. Back2back in California gave my mom an initial quote of $3909. She lived in a small duplex. The day she was to be out of the house they arrived demanding an additional $5, 000 or they wouldn't move her. She was frazzled and paid the money. They are a terrible company. Calls himself "Peter Lee" and is a big advertiser on Craiglist, with daily ads about granite counter tops, bathroom and kitchen remodels, etc. We made the mistake of using him for a condo bathroom remodel and it was a disaster. Keith Thomas was to have cut down dead trees in our yard, ground down stumps, and returned with mulch. He was 2 weeks late in removing the trees and then asked for the entire payment.
