We bought 2 chairs and a couch from Braden's. The chairs were chosen from a photo and a "similar" piece was shown to us on the showroom floor. Upon delivery, they were not the same at all. They'd only do an exchange, not give a cash refund, even though we they mislead us. When we got the couch, it very poorly constructed. Well I was a first a little excited to get Nations Fence to install a fence for me but shortly after realized that their service and customer loyalty rates about a 2/10 on my scale.
