They have ripped off many people that have be used to make money from us.They sent my charge to a creditor and I owe her nothing!!! I bought a new office suite from the Mathis Brothers Store in Indio, on June 9th, 2008. They had 5 of the 7 pieces in stock, and promised the two remaining pieces by the end of the month. We got the 5 pieces home and upon unboxing them, discovered that 2 of them were damaged. We took the damaged goods back. I purchased a GE Washer and Dryer on July 15, 2007. In December 2007 the dryer through the main breaker in my home because it got so hot. The shell of the dryer would burn you almost immediately to the touch. It took a repairman 2 months to the day to get back with me about changing all 3 theromstats in the dryer. Since then it does dry however, the shell does not get hot unless you open the dryer between cycles to check on the clothes and if you do it gets hot again. I've filed complaints with the BBB, Attorney General of Tex and the National Transportation. They hold your items hostage until you pay the EXTRA fees they charge you (my case it cost me $3500 more than the quote!) They delivered my items 2-1/2 weeks later than said. On April 1, 2008 I ordered one months supply of these pills and was charged $67.90 on my credit card that day. By mid-May I emailed since there is no phone or address available. They answered 1 week later to say they would ship a "second" order out. It is now July 7th and I have recieved NOTHING. They have not answered my emails. An order for a bedroom set was placed on June 13th and the receipt said an expected delivery date of July 15th. However, after repeated efforts to contact the store via telephone, I was told today that the order wouldnt be delivered until the end of October. The representative also mentioned that when they write 4 weeks on the receipt it normally takes 8-12 weeks. I came in for express lube - and technicians/service rep told me I need tire rotation. They said it will take 45 mins to an hour. I waited for 4 hours on the lobby - nobody gave me an update until I looked for the technician. They fin ally finished and gave me back the car. Next day - the steering was wiggling/shaking.
