I was an employee at the mandara spa downtown at the hilton. i just want to say that as an employee, i was very mistreated. but i wasn't the only one. The management there is RIDICULOUS! They play favorites, talk behind each other and employees backs and talk about personal issues that concern employees out in the open. On March 3, 2008, I purchased one quesadilla with sour cream to go. It took about 15 minutes just to order because the woman at the desk did not speak much English. When I got my order, we quickly realized that it was actually the order of the person behind me. So we switched and I got out of there. We contacted 22hourprint.com for a printing job on April 15, 2008. We needed to print 1, 000 color mailers - each mailer consisting 3 sheets, printed on both sides. They took the order and printed the mailers. When we received them on April 21, 2008, we were extremely disappointed by the poor print quality. Most of the pages had faded print and colors in many places. Words, pictures and graphs were quite faded and unprofessional. A few days later the owner Meredith called me to say she was a little late on responding to a question I posted through her website for sizing information because she had been on vacation. I have just received the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any company. I had a TV delivered from QVC by FSP. FSP could only deliver the TV to my house when I was not going to be home and I live alone. I asked the representative (Virginia) if there was any way I could pick the television up and she gave an address that was 80 miles away from my house. BigPayWork is a website that is supposed to employ individuals in a data processing company if the individual pay a certain amount of money. If one is not satisfied with results they are suppose to receive a refund with no questions asked. It is supposed to be a one time fee but once the money is paid you enter a page were you have to send more money to different share holders or banks and when a refund is requested they give you the run around and send you emails that doesn't really give you anything. read full review »

Gary Newginis (spell?) charged me $100 to set the time and chime on my antique clock. I watched him work, and he was very rough. The time and chimes were not matching. He said he fixed it and then left. 20 mins later, it was chiming nonstop. I called him to come back, he did about 9 hours later. He broke a spring on the clock and 'misplaced' the broken piece in his toolbox and would find it later. He said it would be $400 to fix but that he'd give me $100 credit. AAA Mid-Atlantic uses M&M roadside service which towed my vehicle on July 5, 2007. The alleged damage was in fact caused by M&M Roadside Service due to the fact that the vehicle was being pulled up at the incorrect angle to the road surface and the center part of the bumper got stuck hitting the ground causing the bumper to rip near the exhaust hole. Becareful using AAA as they refuse to refund any damages cause to your vehicle. read full review »

Ok to start off I walked into their store/office and it absolutely stunk. After it took the employee 25 minutes to realize I was even there they charged me 9 extra dollars for my 6 year old and her 2 5 year old friends. I got to my spot and it felt like I was in the same bedroom as the RV next to me. EVERYONE there was packed in like sardines it felt like you couldn’t even move. I ordered a 1year sub to Nat Geographic as a gift to my grand daughter back on Dec16 2007, (yea thats right, 7 months ago!!) from this bunch of wasters. Ive canceled the order several times by email after getting absolutely nowhere with them. They just want to fob you off with pathetic excuses. One joker even said I couldn't get a refund UNTIL the subscription started (DUH!!!) and then I could cancel. I had purchased an Electolux AC in April 2006. That same year, the remote control of the AC stopped working. I called up the customer support number and a representative finally showed up after more than a week and repeated calls. He told us that they do not have the inventory of this remote control. Instead he replaced it with a used remote control and promised to provide us with a new remote control as soon as they have one in stock. I have kept following them on this ever since. The Continental Credit Card Company has a Web Site that does not Work on most days. Customers cannot access the Site Properly for many hours during each day or night. Payments are hard to process and that makes the payments late, so that Continental can charge large late fees and over limit fees without the customer having made any purchases or received any goods or services, thereby ruining customers' credit further on purpose. read full review »

They will promise to get you a low monthly payment ($200 in my case) with the IRS, and then... just 2 weeks before they are due to save you, they will turn on you and make you afraid of the IRS. Shipment out of Appleton, WI. shipped on 6/24/08, arrived at DHL facility in Shreveport, LA on 6/25/08. Tracking info states that package was delivered to the door at 2:17 P.M. that day. There were two competent adults at the address all day that day. No one came up on the front porch that day. No one knocked on the door. Had a delivery been made, the occupants would have seen the delivery person through the glass storm door. From what I can see from other complainants, there seems to be a theme with DHL--say it was delivered, make it go away and go home: the customer be damned. read full review »

CenturyTel sent me the wrong router-modem. I was unable to hook computer up to their Internet service.Returned router-modem and own expense as they never sent me a return shipping label. Their advertised price for first year internet service was $14.95 a month, but told me $22.95, and f after first year I decided to keep service it was $33.00 and a two year contract in effect after introductory period over with $200 contract termination fee. They now claim I owe them the $200 contract fee when I never even hooked computer up because they sent the wrong product to start with. They're assholes! read full review »

I contracted for a kitchen remodeling job with Sears Home Improvement, 1024 Florida Central Parkway, Longwood FL 32750 and had cracked and defective cabinets installed. My wife discovered the cracks when she was cleaning them and the putty came out of the cracks of two cabinets. I called and complained to the salesman, but an obvious deception has been perpetrated here by concealing defects with putty. NEVER EVER USE SCOTT AIR! Subcontracted by builder, installed faulty equipment, called out 4 times in less than a year, tried to sell extended warranty when original was still in effect. Claimed I needed coils cleaned, (for $300). Said "a little dirty" then "completely covered in soil" until tech figured out it was still under warranty then claimed it needed another "valve". My boyfriend started his job at Express probably four months ago or so. Since then, he has been treated unfairly. Why? Probably because he's not what they consider a poster child for their merchandise. His appearance is not unprofessional at all, because I understand that there are SOME standards to your appearance. 12/05 catalytic convertor put in toyota carolla {light was on]. I have returned many times again because the light was on and either told there was nothing wrong or they changed the convertor x 2. 7/2 i returned, light on and now mechanic wants to put toyota convertor in and apply my money from 12/5. He admits he used after market parts previously. A toyota convertor done by toyota would cost over a 1000 and would have a warranty for life of the car whereas if he put it in the warranty runs out in a year. My 67 year old father traded for a new 2008 Chrysler and about a month after the deal was made they sent him a bill for $724.01. Because they screwed up the payoff on the car that he traded in. He has bought 4 cars from them and this is how they treat him. When I called several time about this the Manager was always out so I called them from the Pilot truck stop across the street and was told that he was still out then I went to the dealership and he was seating in his office. We ordered air bags for a 2007 Ford Ranger truck. Air bags consist of driver's side bags + passenger's side bags + module. First, nothing came. When we finally called, there was some dumb excuse so we let the check go through. But we only received one of the air bags, the less expensive one, and from some other state. The infomercial is VERY convincing. These eyelash extensions were more difficult to put on than advertised, but with practice could have looked good. The problem is with the glue. Once you sleep in the eyelashes they all glop together and you can't get them apart. The kit comes with a lash comb. But combing through the sticky glue is totally impossible. There is NO ONE at the 888 number, and even if there was my invoice says that they only accept returns on UNUSED merchandise. SO I had an existing ADT system in my new storefront here in Chicago. I feel was mislead at the time I signed the contract and was told verbally that I would have two motion sensors installed. That is what the sales rep told me. She made everything sound really cheap. I guess I should have had my lawyer present to look over the contract. The tech came and HE had another set of instructions all together.
