After sale service facilities of IFB Washing Machines in chennai tamil nadu state.Stat is totally unsatisfactory. My machine is not working for past 20 days... i have registered a complaint regarding this on 19th june. but none turned up... Invariably the technicians deputed by these private parties are untrained, unskilled and incompetent to identify and rectify the defects. This results in inflicting more damages to the Machine. The Dealer is not willing to replace the broken WC and I was forced to spend around Rs.10, 000 to install a new WC., inspite of supplying non Parryware inferior product... It may be noted that the Dealer collected Rs 170/= for each bolt set and because of this inferior quality bolts, the WC warranty was completely lost. I need to know how an authorized Parryware dealer can supply such inferior non-Parryware product to fit a Parryware closet and there by voiding my warranties. This co. is terrible and very unethical! stay away... the people in mgmt. and human resources cover for each other. You think there is a system in place if there is an issue. Let me tell u... there is not. nobody knows what's going on. U won't get any straight answers for anything. If u do... not one answer will be the same as any other u get for the same question. the people in mgmt positions are enmeshed and so dysfunctional. I bought my Tissot T Touch 5 month ago and touch function is stuck at the chrono mode. Just cant get it out of this mode digital display. Just woke up one day and it happened over night. I will see if warranty covers. But by the press I have been reading on this watch I suppose it will work for another 3 months and back to the same story... I will keep you updated. Had siding installed in 2004. About 25 percent of the work needs to be redone. I called Procraft in Richmond and was assured they would get back to me to set up an appointment to view the work that needed to be done. After waiting for 4 weeks I called them back and got a recording saying that they had gone out of business. I am ticked off at plastic surgeon Dr John Chois. His staff is extremely phony and rude. I waited more than 3 hours to be seen for a consultation. The doctor obviously doesn't care about his patients, all he sees is dollar signs and cares only for himself. He is always running way behind schedule, and his staff is very snobby. It is like a factory of surgeries. They do like 8 to 10 cases a day. I think the patients are at risk of infection, and botched jobs. read full review »

This company is associated, is a shell, or owns GeoDeck outright. I have a letter from the company that was covering their warranty on the decking awarding me proceeds from a claim I filed against them. Now they claim they do not have enough money to cover all the claims that were filed against them so the warranty company conveniently went out of business. My sister who is almost 70 decided to let Directv install satellite TV in her home. She then had to move and gave me the equipment to return. I tried to get them so send me the return box, but was told that it was THEIR POLICY that it must be sent to the original address, The new renters finally gave me the return box and I returned it. Now they are charging MY credit card $518. I did not authorize them to use my credit number. Next the new renters gave me another box from Directv that contains a near receiver. Company is selling franchises throughout the usa and is deliberately hiding the fact that units are closed down or never open after paying the franchise fee. This is in violation of the FTC rules for being a Legal Franchise company. Making claims about having done $3 billion in listings, while not able to provide any proof of such a large number (basically a 'pulled it from their xxx' number). Verification of all the poor people that have purchased one of their franchises reveal that virtually none of them have realized any profit or even sales of business as touted. Julie Olsen with Viking credit has been harassing me at work, where I work at a high stress-level, intense situation. She has asked who my boss is, been verbally abusive to my co-workers, and has over stepped her boundaries countless times. In this day and age, this kind of abuse is completely inappropriate. I cannot take calls at work at all, unless they are work related, and getting me fired from my job is not a great method of money collection. I will be pursuing VIGORISLY a legal end to her harassment, and I know that Chase Bank sells their overdue credit card balances, so maybe re-thinking Chase Bank is a good idea as well. read full review »

1. Customer service in non existent at this location. Under the previous owners I would fill my 3 vehicles there once a week. The current owner views customers as a distraction. He is slow to arrive at the pumps is curt and treats customers as a nuisance. I now drive all 3 vehicles a mile further to get more expensive gas. I also now get all 3 vehicles inspected at another station. I know getty wont care, their website doesn't even have a customer service tab. read full review »

These guys are total jerks. They moved in the people who lived next door to me. They pulled up their huge truck and ripped off this huge limb of one of our trees. When we went out to chat with them about it, they literally ignored us. Just looked at us and walked away. We asked them what their names were so we could call the company and talk to them about it. I had brought my 03 Chevy Duramax in for leaking injectors that are under GM warranty for 200k miles. I am well read on the nuances of the vehicle and explained to the Service manager that the injectors were leaking fuel into the cylinders and into the crankcase, filling it up and blowing out the vent. This was a scam to get telephone numbers for their telemarketers to pester people. AC Appliance repair in the Plano Richardson area of Texas, did an air conditioner replacement. They left the condensation drain disconnected. By the time I realized what had happened we had 1000's of dollars worth of damage. They would not even send someone out to look at it. They claimed no responsibility without even looking. The office manager I spoke to was rude to me and obnoxious. I contacted a lawyer but was told that by the time I was able to get anything done I would have spent more that the damage that had occurred. If your Rheem water heater has a 6 year warranty and fails after 3.5 years (as ours did), you may find them using all kinds of questionable tactics to escape responsibility. I did a Trial of Nuvoice.com (Nucentcom inc.,), it is not good and a rip off. The quality of voice is not that good and they have lot of hidden charges. The sales guys solicited me and literally begged to try but won't provide the service to set you up correctly. They promise one thing, but don’t deliver.
