Regarding B&A Power Washing Inc, located in Maryland and Virginia (and Missouri, too, but we didn't deal with them). Hello, I recently ordered a dvd from Store4.com on 1st June 2008. The company took the payment of £14.95 GBP from my bank account on 3rd June 2008. It is now 7th July 2008 and I still haven't received my dvd. I have tried to contact the company but they do not have a telephone number! I have also sent the company about 5 emails to 3 different departments within their company and they have FAILED to respond to any of them! This is my 6th Chrysler Product and my first Dodge product. My previous 5 mini-vans were Chrysler Town and Country and this is my first Dodge Caravan. To be honest, Lego is made of stronger plastic than my Dodge bumper. The vehicle only has 6800 miles on it and the bumper needs to be replaced. I received a phone call one day saying that I had won $500.00 in groceries. I ordered contact lenses and never received them. I received a lot of stories and lies from confused workers about why I have not received them yet but it was because of incompetence of the workers at this site and their lack of good communications. I ordered them on 6/20/08 and still have no lenses or my money refunded as asked. I requested a refund and heard nothing back from them. Brian was contracted to strip and stain our outdoor deck. He told us it would take a week to complete. He also asked for half of the money up front for expenses, which $500 was given to him by check. Brian was contacted numerous times, and worked a total of 10 hours in 3 weeks. He then never returned any of our phone calls, or ever showed up to work again after that. We were lied to and felt cheated. Brian has left us with a half-finished mess and the summer is half over. We ordered shutters on 6th March and were advised they would be fitted within 8 weeks. We are now in the fifth month, despite a complaint letter, at least 10 telephone calls we are still waiting for the shutters to be delivered to an installer, before we can even arrange an installation date. Iam 17 years old and I was working in a day care center as part of my graduation requirement. Back in May of 2008 the center was inspected by the health department. The health department found nubereous citations. The center was given a certain amount of weeks to make improvements. The center failed and closed. My last check I cashed. I ordered some medicated shampoo and itch relief products for my dog on June 19. I called July 1 only to be told they had still not shipped the order although the products were in stock. What began as a simple service call, subsequently turned into a merry go round that was completely unnecessary. Fosters was out sourced to our residence to find out why our GE Monogram refrigerator was not cooling by Fidelity National Home Warranty. Basically, they started to not return phone calls and ordered unnecessary parts based on a completely inaccurate assessment from their technician. In the meantime, we went without a refrigerator for about 2 weeks in the heat of the summer. Misleading information on the product. Website says 4 megapixel still resoution and 5.1 channel audiou format. Actually the still resolution is 0.34 megapixel (340K pixels) and the audio format is Dolby Digital 2 channel. When requested for return, I am asked to pay the return shipping. I have to pay the item shipment for the product that actually has no such features and also the return shipment. We had never owned an RV before, and we went to Explorer RV in Castroville, Texas to look at and buy one of their RV's. We got ripped off; they didn't teach us how to tow the RV, or how to use all of the accessories. They did not service the RV battery and it killed our truck battery. I purchased the Premier plan for my 2 pets because it was the lowest plan that covered dental cleanings. For 10 months I paid $110 per month without filing a claim. Then I filed the claim for the 2 dental cleanings with pre-op blood work. While the amount I paid for the cleanings came to about $1200, they covered about $250 for each pet, saying that was 80% of the "reasonable costs". It is very sneaky in my opinion. They have done nothing to suffice this issue as the links are still out there. They were sued last year by a very large insurance agency in the Nashville area for doing, what it seem to be the same thing. They have not followed up with me or put an end to this. I have new carpet that was professionally cleaned by certified cleaner that cosed $400 each time.
