After completing a year of chemotherapy I decided to treat myself to a face lift for a fresh start. The scars on the back of my neck were so horrible it took two additional z type scar reductions to look somewhat normal. This was so embarrassing I could hardly go out of the house. Dr Back claim that I changed my hairstyle (I am a male!!!) He messed up, then he lies. Not to mention the severe complications I had in his surgi center. I had to go back in an hour later to have the incisions reopened because of swelling. Then he sent me home to another state with a friend after all the hours I was sedated. I ordered Blonde perfume in March, 2007. After numerous e-mails, with no response from the company, I never received the product and was not successful in having the charge removed from my credit card. Now, in July, I am being charged again by this company with no order. I've seen other people that have had similar experiences with this company. What can be done to stop this ripoff from happening? This person bought a digital download item. When you sell a digital item on ebay, it has to be completely set up and working when you set it up. The download link has to be given ahead of time with Paypal. It shows to the buyer immediately after they paid. This buyer didn't pay attention and missed the link. We own a 2006 Mercury Milan and every time we take the car to the dealer for a service, it seems like they always come up with something else that needs done. Like the last time my wife took it in for a oil change at 25, 000 miles and they told her she had to have the fuel injector cleaned or she would void the warranty. We like the car and want to take care of it but getting it serviced by the ford garage is really getting to be a lot of bull. July 6th 08, I got a parking ticket in the Richmond Mall, Vancouver BC. The reason for the parking ticket was they only allow customer to park 3 hours in the mall. I'm a visitor. In 2007 (Sept) when I changed my car and bought a new one, I changed my tracker account to their new division (Skytrax). After long months of promises to cancel the account and refund me the debited amounts, I have since noticed that Tracker have resumed deductions on my account (June/July 2008), contrary to all previous assurances by Tracker that the account had been canceled and that they have processed my refund! I purchases Daisy Fuentes Sunglasses in May and 3 weeks later the finish around the nose area started to bubble and peel. A week later the stain from the plastic stained my nose area.
