This shipping company (EGL - which is now a part of CEVA) lost my plasma television (ordered through Amazon.com), and then lost a second replacement television sent by Amazon. In both cases, they never bothered to call me and tell me they lost the TV, causing me to have to make arrangements for someone to be at my home during the 6-hour delivery window -- for no reason. Their customer service has been terrible throughout. I constantly get inconsistent explanations and false promises about other delivery dates. I bought the Tomtom one New Edition for $400 less than a year ago. When I tried to access Map corrections, I got a message that the map is out of date. I contacted TomTom support and was told that I need to buy the new USA & Canada map (v7.15) for another $100 in order to use mapshare. I complained about having to spend an extra $100 ($500 in total for Tomtom one new edition). The Tomtom one 3rd Edition now costs half the price ($189.99 at BestBuy) I bought mine less than a year ago. TomTom is adamant to provide an updated map free of charge. I have made many purchases at The Plant Shed in Mansfield Texas over the years. The first time that a shrub I purchased didn't make it, I carried the dead plant to the store for a refund or credit. I had lost the original receipt but made a copy of my AMEX statement showing two purchases within the last three months. I was told that "Our policy is that we must have the receipt number"...Sorry Charlie. This is to complaint about the GIFT TICKET FEE of $18.00 charged to my purchase for using my credit card to purchase a bus ticket for my wife. I believe this is a rip off. I bought a new Honda CRV 11/07. With a Honda service club card- $99.00 . Later I realised that this service card is not useful for me. Since I have not used any of the club services, I asked for refund the club card amount. The manager stated it is not their policy to refund that. It takes 19 days for Blair clothing to post a payment on your account therefore they charge a late fee. Big ripoff. I sent payment in which was due on 19th of month on the 14th. It took until the 28th of the month to be posted. This is the third time this has happened. All of my other bills are received and posted no later than 6 days. Take care! LA fitness offer cash back after 3 months of regular acceptance for you get in there. It is not true; they do not give that and happened with other friends as well. Direct Debit account: do not allow that! Even when you are no longer part of the gym, they keep debiting your account and think it was just by chance, but they are not willing to refund you soon. I had registered a complaint at whirlpool customer care on 14th June 2008 that, the Elite250 refrigerator which I own from 2004 is not cooling.
