I have just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this organization. They sell themselves as providing personal matchmaking services with an assigned counselor who works with you to find appropriate matches. In the 2 months since I joined ($1350 fee!) I recently subscribed with Vonage for tele.service using our DSL line. After talking with an agent and after he assured me that my present tele. number will not be changed, I agreed to the service. I received a short letter and a check from the company Russell Investment Group., from Bank of the West in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Following the instructions in the letter, I called the number given and It was explained to me how the mystery shopping was to be done, by a James at the call center at the number given. I have experience in mystery shopping and it was never done like this. When I got to my bank I asked the manager to check and to see if this was legitimate or fraudulant. On October 23 2006 I signed a contract with American Vision windows for delivery of 5 windows. the contract said the world would be completed in 4-6 weeks and the sales man offered me one year no interest terms. A 16' lift gate truck that we rented from Budget, would not start after we got to our destination to move something. My experience with Chichie's Canine design was more than disappointing it was downright insulting. For starters, the website states that they take grooming appointments Monday - Saturday, but of course when you call they'll tell you that they never have done and don't do Saturday appointments and that Chichie also doesn't groom on Mondays. I received what appeared to be a free sample in the mail. There were no packing slips, receipts, etc. in the package, just the tube of product. There is no address, no website or any information regarding the return of the product. After two years and six months my Carrier Infinity Puron system begins to dump water all over my basement floor causing damage to carpet, walls, furniture. I called my certified dealer/installer inform them of the water problem and that the unit is running rough and is on more frequently than usual.
