I was made to pay full amount up front befor dress was made. It was supposed to be there in January but did not arrive until March. My wedding was in april. It was the wrong dress. They would not give back my money. They said it was the dress i picked. I have witnesses to say it was not. They were rude. I am now taking them to consumer affairs as i had to buy another wedding dress and they still wont give back my money. I received my mobile phone bill (Sprint PCS) today and discovered that the bill is as twice as bigger than it was supposed to be; the reason is that I was charged for the service I never ordered(something like CSW: Ringers); moreover, I got charged twice for the same thing ($9.99 on 04/26 and $9.99 on 04/27). Also, they keep sending some kind of messages; I don't even understand what those messages about but still getting charged for those too. This company currently has job postings on many different career websites for an entry-level position. It sounds like a legitimate marketing company with an opportunity to 'move up quickly" within the company. They are not who they say they are. This company is actually a branch off of a larger company called Smart Circle, and they sell coupon books. The "entry level" position is really a commission-based sales job. This shop never give proper detail transaction receipt to customers. For example they simply mention grocery in the receipt it doesn't matter what ever we buy and most of the time they cheat by increasing a pound or 2 pound in many items to confuse the customer. Please beware of buying a horse from Patricia Wilson, Avinger Tx. She is selling horses on various horse adv places. She uses false names, cities and ranch names. Selling horses as kid horses or youth horses. Some of these horses are not even broke . She has sold many horses all over the states. She sold me a mare that supposely had won a saddle with 4-h . I spoke with my American Family Ins. agent, Lee/Donald Rabidoux about cancelling an auto policy for our 2, 000 Ford Explorer because it was no longer driveable. Also I asked about cancelling two other policies because my neighbor was starting up a Farmer's Ins. agency and he needed my support. I have just received my shipment from Access USA and in the shipment a dress from Neiman Marcus has gone missing. It was included in my invoice, it was also taken off my record but the dress and the receipt is not in the shipment. This is not the first time that they have messed up my shipment. They have once lost an item from Nordstrom, and have also sent a Gas Analyzer to me which is not mine. I don't even know what it does. Just like a few other complaints i have read, I too have been charged for services that I did not recieve. I applied for a credit card did not recieve the card and my bank account was debited $49.95 the charge was made 4/7/08. I agreed to sign up with Care Credit through GE to be able to get dental work done. When you call them some of their employees are very rude on the phone. They don't want to listen to what you have to say. They are only interested in saying in what they have to say. Some of them really have attitudes. I wish I never had to use them and have closed my accounts but still have to pay what I owe. I would not recommend them. Too bad because so many people need medical care that they can't afford. I received a charge to my credit card for approx $38.00 from this company. I had used it to obtain a one-time phone number search. I emailed them to have the charge credited and they referred me to a toll free number that I have attempted to call three times and waited 15 minutes with each call and no one ever answered. Don't deal with this agency, they don't know what a customer service is. This is what happened to me: Authorized a transaction for a vacation trip for three: 2 adults, 1 child -age 3 to Mexico. I bought a $4711.00 Mitsubishi HDTV with a $328.00 extended 4 year contract. It doesn't expire until 09/24/09 but they won't honor it. It needs a projection lamp they have covered before, but won't now. They have replaced four projection lamps already. The cost of the lamps is around 225.00 each. The store where I bought it from said that GE- ZURICH was no longer covering the lamps. I still have half of my four year warranty left. I had a quote over the phone to have one 10X10 room cleaned due to a pet accident. They quoted me on the phone of 55.00 I accepted and they came out to do the work. When they arrived the young kid was not very pleasant and rewrote the quote for 128.95. He wanted 35.00 per pet stain. Two where the size of an apple. I have been dealing with Global Tel Link For a few months now and they are a total ripoff. they Constantly Bill me twice for the same phone calls. They bill me through their company and then bill me through my regular phone company which is Verizon. I am going in debt trying to pay both and they always act as though they do not know what is going on. Then there are constant blocks put on my phone and my finance can not get through. My complaint is that you sent me a notice of owning money to something that I did not subscribe for or receive, then when I called the number on the notice to take care of it, i entered the 19 digit number and if told me it couldn't access it. I didn't get an option to talk to any one. So if i don't get a response to this email and if I get one more letter from you asking for money I will call MY LAWYER. On two computers I've installed recently Printing from the internet is not possible because of the size of the print and distortion of the page. This happened on both computers at the same time. I am assuming it was from an upgrade from Microsoft. Microsoft is not supporting many vendors printers and provides no tech support other than 90 purchased support. That would be like FORD charging for a recall. Going back to XP is not an option I am considering strongly going to Linux or Mac. Vista has been a waste of my time and money. read full review »
